I urge again all the people to think of what they will say at the day of judgement about their work, as they will only be asked about themselves NOT how corrupt their bosses or peers are, ONLY THEM and if they can not , then for the sake of Allah, Leave the job and find Halal income, as that IS also a Jihad.
