We can deal better with people...if we only understand...A Simple Fact...that people are not DIFFICULT...they are just DIFFERENT !...when we stop expecting people to be perfect...we begin to like them for who they are...understanding changes the way we think about the person and the way we work with them...this will result in a better outcome...life is not perfect...it's in our hands to make the very best of it.
