self pity means you are admiting that you cannot do any thing and you cannot avail your abilites and you are saying No to all your abilities ...Never ever feel this ...donot pity on your Self please...Stop thinking such ...Think always that you can Yes do any thing and Can help your self...when you starts doing pity on your Self ...then its Mean you are destroy all your abilities...
