**Mulla Nasrudin’s Missing Ring**
One day, **Mulla Nasrudin** was searching for his favorite ring.
He looked inside his house , under the bed , behind the door , and even inside his cupboard.
But he could not find it anywhere!
His neighbors saw him searching outside and asked, “Nasrudin, what are you looking for?”
“I have lost my ring!” Nasrudin replied sadly.
Everyone started helping him search.
After a while, one neighbor asked, “Are you sure you lost it here?”
Nasrudin shook his head and said, “No, I lost it inside my house.”
The neighbor became confused.
“Then why are you searching outside?” he asked.
Nasrudin smiled and replied:
“Because there is **more light outside!**”
Everyone started laughing.
The neighbor said, “But Nasrudin, you should search where you actually lost it!”
Nasrudin thought for a moment and realized his mistake.
He went back inside his house and carefully searched again.
Soon, he found the ring under a small cushion.
Nasrudin happily put the ring on his finger and said:
“Sometimes we look for answers where it is easy, instead of looking where the problem really is!”
Everyone smiled and agreed with him.
### **Moral of the Story**
**Do not search for solutions only where they are easy to find. Look carefully at the real source of the problem.**
