# **The Clever Plan of Mulla Nasrudin**
One day, Mulla Nasrudin was traveling to a nearby town with his donkey. As he walked through the village, a group of people saw him and started laughing. They mocked him, saying, “Mulla, you are such a wise man, but you are riding a donkey! Even a poor fool can ride a donkey!” Mulla Nasrudin smiled and said, “You are right. Even a fool can ride a donkey. But let’s see who is the real fool.” The villagers were curious and followed him. Mulla then got down from the donkey and said, “Now, look carefully. I am going to walk with the donkey. If I am a fool, then the donkey is also a fool, because it cannot walk.” The villagers were embarrassed and realized his cleverness. They learned that sometimes, the wisest people use humor and quick thinking to teach a lesson.
