# **Mulla Nasrudin’s Missing Ring**
One day, Mulla Nasrudin was sitting in his courtyard, enjoying the sunshine, when he noticed that his valuable ring was missing from his finger. He searched everywhere—his clothes, the courtyard, and even the house—but he couldn’t find it.
Just then, a neighbor came by and asked, **“Mulla, what are you doing? You look worried.”**
Mulla Nasrudin replied, **“My ring is missing, and I can’t find it anywhere.”**
The neighbor said, **“Don’t worry, Mulla. Maybe it fell somewhere in the courtyard. Let me help you look.”** They searched together, but still couldn’t find the ring.
After a while, the neighbor said, **“Maybe it’s gone for good. You should just buy a new one.”**
Mulla Nasrudin smiled and said, **“Why should I buy a new one? I’ll just sit here quietly and wait. The ring will come back on its own — it always does when I’m not looking for it!”**
### **Moral of the Story:**
**Sometimes, what we think is lost may come back when we stop worrying and trust that things happen in their own time.**
