**Learning Software Engineering During the Era of AI | Raymond Fu | TEDxCSTU**
In this video, I share my review of an inspiring TEDx talk by **Raymond Fu**, titled *“Learning Software Engineering During the Era of AI.”*
The talk explores one of the biggest questions for students and future software engineers:
**If AI can write code, is it still worth learning software engineering?**
Raymond Fu explains why software engineering is still valuable, but the skills required for future engineers are evolving. AI can help generate code and automate repetitive tasks, but humans still need to provide **critical thinking, creativity, system design, communication, leadership, ethical judgment, and real-world problem-solving.**
The biggest lesson I took from this talk is that we should not simply compete with AI. **We should learn how to collaborate with AI.**
As someone who is learning coding, software, and AI-related skills, I found this talk very motivating. It reminded me that learning technology is not only about writing code — it is about understanding problems and creating meaningful solutions.

**Don’t fear AI. Learn it, understand it, and use it to become better at what you do.**
