This fear, along with excuses and self-doubt, stops people from reaching their full potential. Larry Smith strongly emphasizes that a successful and meaningful career requires passion, courage, hard work, and the willingness to take risks. He motivates viewers to stop making excuses and start following what they truly love. This talk is especially important for students and young people because it encourages them to think seriously about their future and make decisions based on passion rather than fear. 🔗 Speaker & Official Links 🔗 TED Talk (Video): https://www.ted.com/talks/larry_smith_why_you_will_fail_to_have_a_great_career 🔗 TED Official YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/@TED 🔗 Larry Smith Profile: https://www.uwaterloo.ca/scholar/larrysmith 🌟 Key Message 💡 A great career comes from passion, courage, and persistence—not from excuses or fear.".
