ایک دن ایک آدمی نے ملا نصر الدین سے پوچھا، "سورج اور چاند میں سے زیادہ اہم کون ہے؟
ملا نصر الدین نے جواب دیا، "چاند زیادہ اہم ہے۔"
آدمی نے پوچھا، وہ کیسے؟"
ملا نصر الدین مسکرائے اور بولے، کیونکہ چاند رات کو روشنی دیتا ہے، جب ہمیں روشنی کی ضرورت ہوتی ہے لیکن سورج دن میں نکلتا ہے، جب پہلے ہی روشنی ہوتی ہے۔
ملا نصر الدین کا یہ ہوشیار جواب سن کر آدمی حیران رہ گیا۔

1. English Story: Mulla Nasruddin's Wise Answer
One day, a man asked Mulla Nasruddin, "Which is more important, the sun or the moon?"
Mulla Nasruddin replied, "The moon is more important."
The man asked, "Why?"
Mulla Nasruddin smiled and said, "Because the moon shines at night when we need light, but the sun shines during the day when it is already bright!"
The man was surprised by his clever answer.
