In this task, I watched the inspiring talk **"Academic Research is Publicly Funded – Why Isn't It Publicly Available?"** by **Erica Stone** and recorded my review in **English and Urdu**. I shared both review videos on **Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn**.
This talk explains why many academic research papers, even though they are funded by public money, are not freely available to everyone. It highlights the importance of **open access**, making knowledge accessible so that students, teachers, researchers, and the public can benefit from scientific discoveries.
From this talk, I learned that knowledge should be shared, not hidden behind expensive subscriptions. Open access to research can improve education, encourage innovation, and help solve global challenges through collaboration and learning.
Creating this review helped me improve my communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills. It also inspired me to value education, research, and the importance of sharing knowledge with the world.
