# Mulla Nasruddin and the Price of a Donkey
Once, Mulla Nasruddin went to the market to sell his donkey. A man came to him and asked, “Mulla, how much is your donkey?”
Mulla replied, “It costs 100 gold coins.”
The man was surprised and said, “That is too expensive! Your donkey is not worth so much.”
Mulla smiled and said, “If you think it is too expensive, tell me how much you want to pay.”
The man offered 50 gold coins. Mulla shook his head and said, “No, my donkey is very clever. It knows the way home better than I do!”
The man laughed and offered 75 gold coins. Finally, Mulla agreed to sell the donkey for that price.
The man happily bought the donkey, while Mulla walked home with a smile.
Moral: Never underestimate the value of something, and always use your wisdom when making a deal.
