TOPIC: **TEDx Talk — The Puzzle of Motivation | Dan Pink**
Today, I watched an interesting TEDx Talk called “The Puzzle of Motivation” by Dan Pink. In this talk, he explains what motivates people to work better and achieve their goals. He tells us that money is not the only thing that motivates us. Freedom, learning new skills, and having a purpose are also very important. I learned that when we enjoy our work and believe in ourselves, we can do better. This talk was very inspiring and helped me understand the true meaning of motivation.
**Key Learning:** Motivation comes from passion, purpose, and the desire to improve.
