Dubai government has outsourced the lbd and house registeration services to private franchises !

This has speeded up the problem of transfer for people and made life easy for them.

This is similar to past when the banks were not private and now they are only the regulation has to be very tight !

If Pakistan government does this, I have agreed 2 companies from dubai to come and do it for us
