One day, the wind and the sun had an argument about who was stronger. They saw a traveler walking with a coat and decided to test their strength. The wind blew hard, trying to force the coat off, but the harder it blew, the tighter the man held his coat. Then the sun shone gently and warmly. The man felt hot and slowly removed his coat. The sun smiled and proved that kindness and warmth can win where force fails.
Moral: Gentleness is more powerful than force.
ایک دن ہوا اور سورج میں جھگڑا ہو گیا کہ کون زیادہ طاقتور ہے۔ انہوں نے ایک مسافر کو دیکھا جو کوٹ پہنے چل رہا تھا، اور فیصلہ کیا کہ اسی پر اپنی طاقت آزمائیں گے۔ ہوا نے زور زور سے چلنا شروع کیا تاکہ کوٹ اتر جائے، لیکن جتنا زیادہ ہوا چلی، مسافر نے کوٹ کو اور مضبوطی سے تھام لیا۔ پھر سورج نے نرمی سے چمکنا شروع کیا۔ گرمی کی وجہ سے مسافر نے خود ہی کوٹ اتار دیا۔ سورج مسکرایا، کیونکہ اس نے ثابت کیا کہ نرمی وہاں کامیاب ہوتی ہے جہاں زور ناکام ہو جاتا ہے۔
