It was a hot summer day, and a crow was very thirsty. He flew here and there in search of water but found nothing. At last, he saw a pot with little water at the bottom. He tried to drink it but couldnt reach the water. He looked around and got an idea. He started picking up small stones and dropped them into the pot one by one. Slowly, the water rose up, and the crow drank it happily.
گرمی کا ایک سخت دن تھا، اور ایک کوا بہت پیاسا تھا۔ وہ پانی کی تلاش میں اِدھر اُدھر اُڑا، لیکن کچھ نہ ملا۔ آخرکار اسے ایک گھڑا نظر آیا جس کے نیچے تھوڑا سا پانی تھا۔ کوے نے پانی پینے کی کوشش کی مگر پانی تک نہیں پہنچ سکا۔ اس نے اِدھر اُدھر دیکھا اور اسے ایک ترکیب سوجھی۔ اس نے چھوٹے چھوٹے کنکر جمع کیے اور ایک ایک کرکے گھڑے میں ڈالنے لگا۔ آہستہ آہستہ پانی اوپر آ گیا اور کوا خوش ہو کر پانی پی گیا۔
اخلاقی سبق: جہاں چاہ ہوتی ہے، وہاں راہ نکلتی ہے۔
