Yesterday I went to Rehan School Korangi Campus and met Qasim Sahib.

He was taking his son home.

And he was smiling.

Not the polite kind of smile.
The relieved kind.
The grateful kind.

He told me something that stayed with me:

“My son comes home happy now.
Fresh.
Alive.
In his old school, he was always dull… always unhappy.”

I asked him a simple question:

“How much better is this school compared to the previous one?”

He didn’t hesitate.

“Many… many times better.”

Then he paused and said something very real.

He wasn’t happy with our facilities.
Electricity issues.
Internet problems.
Things breaking.
Things missing.

And he was right.

So I told him the truth.

Electricity is not in my power.
Internet is not in my power.
For now, these problems will remain.

In fact, if I’m brutally honest:

This school is 80% bad and only 20% good.

But then I said this:

That 20% —
the belief,
the confidence,
the goals,
the discipline,
the hope —

is far better than the 100% “perfect” schools
where children go every day
and slowly lose their spark.

I am one man.
I can only do so much.

My team is still learning.
Still growing.
Still trying.

We’ve been searching for the right principal for this campus for 4 years.

Four years…
and we still haven’t found the right fit.

But despite all this…

Children here smile.
They talk.
They dream.
They feel seen.

So this is my humble request:

Please come visit us.
Bring your children.

Not for shiny buildings.
Not for perfect facilities.

But to raise future leaders.
Change-makers.
Children with goals, confidence, discipline, and persistence.

If a school can send your child home happy…

Everything else can be fixed.
