About MOTHERLAND
Since launching our pilot phase in January, weve reached significant milestones. Weve assembled a passionate local team of seven, collaborated with over 600 smallholder farmers, and partnered with four groundbreaking startups. Our collective efforts aim to mitigate post-harvest losses and endorse regenerative agricultural practices .
Our Impact:
Weve initiated a transformative program focusing on regenerative agriculture, involving 160 children in our vision. Our advancements are genuinely inspiring, and I am immensely proud of our teams commitment and the positive ripple effect were creating in our communities.
Operational Excellence:
Im thrilled to share that MOTHERLAND
has reached a point of operational maturity where it can flourish without my constant oversight. This development opens up new horizons for me to apply my skills, passion, and experience in transformative projects and to continue making a meaningful difference in the world.
The Reality:
Navigating the non-profit sector is often challenging, especially regarding financial sustainability. While MOTHERLAND is thriving, my role as a Co-Founder, classified as Global Overhead, has been financially unsupported for the past five months .
The Ask:
I am seeking new opportunities that align with my passion for creating positive, sustainable impact and operational excellence. I am exploring roles where I can leverage my extensive experience in fostering innovation, empowering communities, and driving transformative change, all while ensuring my financial stability.
