With the permission of the head of the affected family by huge electricity bills, make a video statement of them and public it. 3. Shoot a video of their houses with their own voices explaining the use of Electricity 4. File a complaint alongwith your bills at their respective electricity offices. 5. File a complaint at the Federal Ombudsman Office with a copy of the complaint submitted at the local electricity office.
