Job Title: Computer Technician and Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Technician and Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will live near Mahmoodabad, have a bike for transportation, and possess a range of technical skills, including installing windows and basic software and drivers for computers and laptops, performing basic electric work for wiring, basic networking, and teaching basic usage of computers to customers and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Install windows and basic software and drivers for computers and laptops.
- Perform basic electric work for wiring.
- Perform basic networking tasks.
- Provide customer service to internal staff, students, and customers.
- Teach basic usage of computers to staff, students, and customers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with hardware and software.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and repairs.
- Assist with the inventory and management of computer equipment and supplies.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in computer repair and customer service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical certification or degree in computer science or related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in computer repair and customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic software and drivers.
- Basic knowledge of networking and wiring.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must have a bike for transportation.
