In 2009 Aftab Ahmed joined us as a tea boy, I was starting to build 1 million business model where I wanted to teach 1 million people how to start their own business with $100 investment. We trained him to use facebook, email, video camera , photoshop and he worked for many years with us, but for some reason he didn’t succeed in earning. I named him Aftab cardwala and tried to help him start a business card business . In similar times Iqbal Mohammad who I renamed to Muhammad Iqbal Trainer also joined as a teaboy, we did the same to him and today in 2023 he claims to earn 250,000 plus a month online in software engineering. Today Aftab came to see me asking for any kind of job as he has been suffering, and I felt myself as a failure ! Why: I am a big proponent that technology can empower people, and I know many who have learned but when I look at Aftab I feel I failed to crack the code of teaching and inspiring , I didn’t manage to help him even get to $100 a month let alone $500 a month ! I today seek guidance of All mighty that yes it’s in your power to give success, but why my 10 years of work failed on this man. What am I doing wrong that I need to fix ? I am disturbed that if someone like Aftab who is skilled already is going to fail, what will happen to millions of others who do not and will not have anyone like me to hold their hand and guide them … what will they do to survive in the post ai time …..
