So, please don't ignore or turn away people who ask you basic questions. Don't tell them to simply go to YouTube or Google to search for the solution. Teach them how to search instead. Think of them as a child, hold their hand, and show them the light instead of getting frustrated and making fun of them. Your little kindness and effort can make a significant impact on their lives.
