  • A brilliant sustainable forestry model—a circular economy where trees are planted, maintained, harvested, sold, and the revenue is reinvested into new tree plantations. This approach ensures continuous carbon sequestration, economic sustainability, and long-term business growth.

Sustainable Carbon Offset + Timber Investment Model

    1. Business Model Overview

    Phase 1 (Years 1-5/10):
    • Plant trees, maintain them, and sell carbon offset subscriptions to individuals & corporations.
    • Generate revenue from carbon offset fees while trees grow.

    Phase 2 (After 5-10 Years):
    • Harvest mature trees, sell timber for profit.
    • Replant new trees using timber revenue, ensuring continuous carbon absorption & offset sales.

Circular Sustainability = Carbon sequestration + Timber revenue + Reinvestment in new trees

    2. Revenue Streams

Carbon Offset Subscriptions (First 5-10 Years)
    • Individuals & businesses pay to offset emissions while trees grow.
    • $25/tree planting fee + $10/month maintenance fee for 5 years = $625 per tree revenue before harvest.

Timber Harvest & Sales (After 5-10 Years)
    • High-value timber like Acacia, Neem, and Moringa can be sold for $100-$500 per tree, depending on market rates.
    • Profits from timber sales fund new plantations, ensuring sustainability.

    Carbon Credits & Certification
    • Get trees certified under Verified Carbon Standard (VCS) or Gold Standard.
    • Sell carbon credits to global corporations needing CO₂ offsets.

    Corporate Sponsorships
    • Offer “Named Forests” where businesses sponsor entire plantations and receive branding & carbon offset certificates.

    3. Tree Selection for Thatta, Pakistan

Best trees for carbon sequestration + timber value:

Tree Type Harvest Time CO₂ Absorption (kg/year) Estimated Timber Value ($ per tree)
    Acacia Nilotica (Babul/Kikar) 8-10 years 25-35 kg $200-$500
    Prosopis Cineraria (Kandi/Khejri) 7-9 years 20-30 kg $150-$400
Moringa Oleifera (Sohanjna) 5-7 years 25-30 kg $100-$300
Azadirachta Indica (Neem) 10-12 years 25-35 kg $250-$600
    Eucalyptus 6-8 years 30-40 kg $150-$450

Fast-growing species (Moringa, Eucalyptus) help generate revenue sooner.
Neem & Acacia are slower but yield higher-value timber.

    4. Pricing Model for USA Customers

Plan Trees Planted Subscription Fee (5 Years) Timber Revenue (After Harvest) ROI for Customer

  • Salam Alaikum Respected People…!

As you may know Active Youth Pakistan has intended to celebrate “Azadi Jashn” in a different way. You all are requested to join us. It will be a great opportunity for writers and photographers to visit the neglected places and find some new topics for their stories.

OBJECTIVE: The basic purpose of our event “Azadi Safarnama” is to celebrate’ Jashn e Azadi’ with the minorities of our country, which is somehow the most neglected community. Despite of all the religious conflicts, "We are starting with this fundamental principle that we all are equal citizens of one State and posses equal rights”, said Muhammad Ali Jinnah.

VENUE DETAILS: we are planning to visit two major minority areas which is “Naraynpura” near civil hospital and “Swaminarayan” at light house, Saddar Karachi. These areas are very historic because large number of minority communities are settled their even before the establishment of Pakistan. Population of this area contains approx 10 thousand people, which may belong to nearly 250 or 300 Hindu, Christian and Sikh families. This area of Karachi is the great example of religious harmony in Pakistan.

AGENDA: it is completely an outdoor activity. All have to report at civil hospital sharp 12 am. After briefing we will proceed further. Keep in mind that we have to respect their religious places like temples mandirs churches etc. there is a lot for us to visit and recall our history.

Lets join hands to follow the dream that our Leaders saw in the past for a peaceful and Prosperous Future.

    Best Regards,

    HamNah KhAn
