I’m deeply honored to introduce Mir Mazhar Jabbar, former Additional Director of FIA and retired Chief Engineer, Government of Balochistan — a true son of the soil who continues to serve his province with passion even after retirement.
He has launched an inspiring online training initiative called “Pata-e-Khazana”, focused on empowering the youth of Balochistan, especially young girls and women in Sibi, by teaching them digital skills and helping them earn online from home.
In areas where cultural traditions sometimes limit women’s mobility, this initiative offers a safe, respectful, and culturally aligned path to financial independence — a model I believe can transform countless lives.
