میرا نام Habib Internet Wala ہے۔

جب میں 12 سال کا تھا، مجھے علی محسن انکل کے ساتھ تقریباً تین مہینے internship کرنے کا موقع ملا۔

میں اُس وقت بھی بہت چھوٹا تھا۔ شاید مجھے پوری طرح اندازہ بھی نہیں تھا کہ میں کس طرح کے انسان کے ساتھ وقت گزار رہا ہوں۔

آج ان کے بارے میں اتنے سارے لوگوں کی باتیں سن کر مجھے سمجھ آ رہا ہے کہ علی انکل کتنے خاص انسان تھے۔

علی انکل صرف لوگوں کی مدد نہیں کرتے تھے، وہ دوسروں کو بھی مدد کرنا سکھاتے تھے۔

وہ صرف بڑے بڑے کام نہیں کرتے تھے۔ وہ چھوٹی چھوٹی چیزوں کا بھی خیال رکھتے تھے۔ اگر کسی کو مدد کی ضرورت ہوتی، کوئی کام کرنا ہوتا، یا کسی مسئلے کا حل نکالنا ہوتا، تو وہ کوشش کرتے کہ بات صرف بات نہ رہے بلکہ کام مکمل ہو۔

میں صرف 12 سال کا تھا، لیکن انہوں نے مجھے بھی اہم سمجھا۔ مجھے اپنے ساتھ کام کرنے دیا، سیکھنے دیا اور یہ احساس دیا کہ چھوٹی عمر کا مطلب یہ نہیں کہ آپ دنیا میں کوئی اچھا کام نہیں کر سکتے۔

آج میں سوچتا ہوں کہ شاید یہی علی انکل کی سب سے بڑی خوبی تھی۔

وہ لوگوں میں صلاحیت دیکھتے تھے۔

وہ لوگوں کو آپس میں ملاتے تھے۔

وہ لوگوں کی حوصلہ افزائی کرتے تھے۔

اور پھر انہیں کسی اچھے کام کا حصہ بنا دیتے تھے۔

میں بہت خوش قسمت ہوں کہ میری زندگی کے تین مہینے علی انکل کے ساتھ کام کرتے ہوئے گزرے۔

علی انکل، آپ آج ہمارے درمیان نہیں ہیں، لیکن آپ نے مجھے جو سکھایا، وہ میرے ساتھ رہے گا۔

میں وعدہ کرتا ہوں کہ میں بھی کوشش کروں گا کہ لوگوں کے کام آؤں، مسائل دیکھ کر صرف شکایت نہ کروں بلکہ ان کا حل تلاش کروں، اور اپنی زندگی میں ایسے کام کروں جن سے دوسرے لوگوں کی زندگی بہتر ہو۔

شاید یہی آپ کو یاد رکھنے کا سب سے اچھا طریقہ ہے۔

اللہ تعالیٰ علی انکل کی تمام نیکیوں کو قبول فرمائے، ان کی قبر کو نور سے بھر دے اور انہیں جنت الفردوس میں اعلیٰ مقام عطا فرمائے۔

During my internship with Ali Bhai, I learned a lot about the importance of plants . Plants are not just green decorations — they are the lungs of our planet . They give us oxygen, absorb carbon dioxide, and help keep our environment clean and fresh .

Plants also provide us with food, medicine, wood, and beauty . They protect the soil, give shelter to animals , and make our surroundings peaceful .

After learning all this, I realized that taking care of plants means taking care of life itself .

Internship & Training Day at Genius Academy
Today was a highly productive and learning-focused day during my internship at Genius Academy. From morning till 8:00 PM, I remained actively involved in multiple tasks, responsibilities, and training sessions that enhanced my professional skills and practical knowledge.
Throughout the day, I worked on assigned internship activities, observed real-time workflows, and learned about discipline, responsibilities, and work ethics within a professional environment. The sessions conducted today were very informative and helped me understand how teamwork, commitment, and consistency play an important role in personal and professional growth.
This experience was truly valuable, and I am grateful for the guidance and learning opportunities provided. Looking forward to applying these learnings and growing further in my internship journey.

Today’s internship was very productive and full of learning. I worked on my assigned tasks with focus and discipline, and I made sure to complete everything on time.

During the internship, I improved my practical skills, learned how to manage tasks properly, and understood the importance of teamwork and communication. I also gained more clarity about how professional work is done and how consistency plays a big role in growth.
