    Mulla Nasrudin's Missing Ring

    One evening, Mulla Nasrudin was searching under a bright street lamp, looking worried and carefully scanning the ground. A passerby noticed him and kindly asked, "Mulla, what are you looking for?"

    "My ring," replied Nasrudin.

    The passerby immediately joined the search. Soon, several more people stopped to help. They searched every inch beneath the lamp, but after a long while, no one could find the ring.

    Finally, one of the helpers asked, "Mulla, are you sure you lost it here?"

    Nasrudin calmly answered, "Oh no, I lost it inside my house."

    The surprised crowd stared at him. "Then why are we searching out here?"

    Mulla smiled and said, "Because there is more light here than inside my house!"

    Everyone laughed, but then they realized the deeper meaning hidden behind his humorous answer.

    This famous Mulla Nasrudin story reminds us of an important lesson: people often search for solutions where it is easiest or most comfortable instead of where the real problem exists. Whether it's in our personal lives, careers, relationships, or education, we sometimes avoid facing difficult truths and instead focus on convenient distractions.

    The story encourages us to look inward, confront challenges honestly, and seek answers in the right place—even when it requires courage and effort. Real growth begins when we stop searching under the "bright streetlight" of convenience and start exploring the places where the real answers lie.

    Moral of the Story:

    Look for solutions where the problem truly exists.
    Convenience is not always the path to truth.
    Wisdom comes from honest self-reflection.
    Real success requires facing challenges directly.
    Sometimes the hardest place to look is exactly where you'll find what you need.

  • If you can keep your head when all about you
    Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
    If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
    But make allowance for their doubting too;
    If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
    Or being lied about, don’t deal in lies,
    Or being hated, don’t give way to hating,
    And yet don’t look too good, nor talk too wise:

    If you can dream—and not make dreams your master;
    If you can think—and not make thoughts your aim;
    If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
    And treat those two impostors just the same;
    If you can bear to hear the truth you’ve spoken
    Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
    Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,
    And stoop and build ’em up with worn-out tools:

    If you can make one heap of all your winnings
    And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
    And lose, and start again at your beginnings
    And never breathe a word about your loss;
    If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
    To serve your turn long after they are gone,
    And so hold on when there is nothing in you
    Except the Will which says to them: “Hold on!”

    If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
    Or walk with Kings—nor lose the common touch,
    If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
    If all men count with you, but none too much;
    If you can fill the unforgiving minute
    With sixty seconds’ worth of distance run,
    Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it,
    And—which is more—you’ll be a Man, my son

    Rudyard Kipling

  • Aoa, Sir I hope you are fine. Sir i want to do a humble request that when you update your status also share the problems when you suffer in start of the your project ,how you manage all of them I want to know these because Sir we all are beginners want to do for people n pakistan some thing good. So I want to know when some times you gets down and your energy goes Zero and you are like tired and at that points in your life while your journey of doing some thing good ...So what you do share with Us ...share your own journey Sir if you dont mind ...its give more energies to those who want to do some thing for pakistan...I know Sir you are busy. Dont waiting for reply. Consider the request if possible...take care. ALLAH bless you ...Ameen.

    Answer:

    Every day, there is something that happens, that can break me down, there are quarrels among people, there are egos of people who come into play, there are desires in me and around me, that say to me, "why not have this for your self", There are many things I wish to do that may be wrong, or just not what my MISSION is, so I have to fight with them, many times I loose, many times I win, It is what life is about I guess, One day I wake up to believe that I can do anything with the help of the almighty, and other days, I realize, I am nobody (which is the truth) .

    The result is, that I think now, that life is not all about doing things for others, but a process to make ones own self better, not the physical part, but the soul, to purify it, and every single day is a test, which we wake up to, and are tested to make our soul stronger and purer, every single day.

    If the almighty wanted to fix things around us, he can, as he is KUN fa YAQOON, but he lets us use these problems around us as an opportunity to become a better human being, and allows us to be pure as we can be.

  • Most people do not really like the government, yet they grew up on the History text books, that were approved by the same governments, and they believe that what they read and know is true. These history books also define their enemies for them and although they do not think that their government tells the truth, YET they accept these enemies as their real enemies AND are ready to go and kill and die based on this information.

    I suggest, request and urge to please, Meet the people who you think are your enemies on facebook, at least talk to 100 of them for 15 mins each before you make your opinions about them.
