Great Conversation with Dr. M. Nasar Qureshi!
Today, I had the pleasure of having a one-hour call with Dr. M. Nasar Qureshi, a distinguished pathologist and community leader. He is the President & Chief Medical Officer of QDx Pathology Services, a leading pathology laboratory in New Jersey, and the Chairman of the American Pakistan Foundation (APF).
Dr. Qureshi has an impressive background—he founded QDx Pathology Services in 2006, turning it into a nationally recognized center for excellence in surgical pathology. He has also been deeply involved in community service, serving as the President of the New Jersey Chapter of APPNA and the Dow Medical Alumni Association before being elected President of APPNA in 2016. His professional training includes time at Tulane University School of Medicine, Mount Sinai Hospital, Beth Israel Medical Center, and North Shore University Hospital.
During our call, I introduced him to Rehan School, our Podcasting Program, and the Internship Program, which provides students with digital and entrepreneurial skills. He was very interested in our work and even expressed a desire to invite me for a meeting with his board in the future to showcase these initiatives.
I am excited about the possibilities this could bring for expanding Rehan School’s mission and collaborating with APF to create more opportunities for youth empowerment. Looking forward to working together in the near future!
