This TEDx Talk teaches that true happiness comes from having a positive attitude, accepting ourselves, and focusing on what we can do instead of what we cannot. Sam Berns shared his life experiences and showed that challenges should never stop us from achieving our dreams.

One of the biggest lessons I learned is to stay optimistic, appreciate life, and surround myself with supportive people. The talk also inspired me to believe in myself, never give up, and always make the best of every situation.

Don’t Be Pushed Around by Fears; Be Led by Dreams

خوف کے بجائے اپنے خوابوں کی پیروی کریں

Once upon a time, there was a young boy who had a big dream. He wanted to become successful, but he was afraid of making mistakes. Whenever he tried something new, he worried that he might fail.

ایک دفعہ کا ذکر ہے کہ ایک لڑکا تھا جس کا ایک بڑا خواب تھا۔ وہ زندگی میں کامیاب ہونا چاہتا تھا، لیکن اسے غلطیاں کرنے سے ڈر لگتا تھا۔ جب بھی وہ کوئی نیا کام کرنے کی کوشش کرتا، تو اسے فکر ہوتی کہ کہیں وہ ناکام نہ ہو جائے۔

One day, his teacher told him, “Never let your fears control you. Believe in your dreams and work hard to achieve them.”

ایک دن اس کے استاد نے اس سے کہا، ”اپنے خوف کو خود پر حاوی نہ ہونے دو۔ اپنے خوابوں پر یقین رکھو اور انہیں حاصل کرنے کے لیے محنت کرو۔“

These words inspired the boy. He started facing his fears and trying new things. Although he faced many challenges, he never gave up. He learned from his mistakes and continued working toward his goals.

استاد کی باتوں سے لڑکے کو حوصلہ ملا۔ اس نے اپنے خوف کا سامنا کرنا اور نئی چیزیں سیکھنا شروع کر دیں۔ اگرچہ اسے بہت سی مشکلات کا سامنا کرنا پڑا، لیکن اس نے ہمت نہیں ہاری۔ اس نے اپنی غلطیوں سے سیکھا اور اپنے مقصد کی طرف بڑھتا رہا۔

After some time, his hard work paid off, and he became more confident. He realized that fear can stop us from moving forward, but courage and determination can help us achieve our dreams.

کچھ عرصے بعد، اس کی محنت رنگ لائی اور اس کا اعتماد بڑھ گیا۔ اسے احساس ہوا کہ خوف ہمیں آگے بڑھنے سے روک سکتا ہے، لیکن ہمت اور پختہ ارادہ ہمیں اپنے خواب پورے کرنے میں مدد دیتے ہیں۔

From that day on, he always remembered the lesson: “Don’t be pushed around by fears; be led by dreams.”

اس دن کے بعد وہ ہمیشہ یہ بات یاد رکھتا تھا: ”خوف کو اپنے اوپر حاوی نہ ہونے دو، بلکہ اپنے خوابوں کو اپنی رہنمائی کرنے دو۔“

Moral: Never let fear stop you. Believe in yourself, follow your dreams, and keep working hard.

سبق: کبھی بھی خوف کو اپنے راستے کی رکاوٹ نہ بننے دیں۔ خود پر یقین رکھیں، اپنے خوابوں کی پیروی کریں اور محنت کرتے رہیں۔
