Today, I saw a post on Dr. Zeeshan-ul-hassan Usmani wall about a brilliant Pakistani girl who was offered a fully-funded international scholarship.

Pay their university to issue the degree
Wait weeks for HEC (Higher Education Commission) to verify it
Get MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) to attest it
If you’re in healthcare, the Ministry of Health gets involved
Then the embassy of the destination country has its own separate process
Pay for courier services or travel physically
Then wait. And wait. And wait.
You could lose your opportunity. Your admission. Your job offer.
All because our system is still running on paper and pain.
