Mission Statement

At Rehan School, our mission is to create world-class leaders by design, not by chance or accident—just as we systematically train rocket engineers, dentists, and doctors. Leadership should not be left to luck; it must be cultivated through structured learning, real-world problem-solving, and exposure to cutting-edge tools like AI, the Internet, and immersive learning experiences.

Every student at Rehan School is expected to:
• Positively impact at least 1 million people,
• Earn $1 million, and
• Achieve a Guinness World Record

To achieve this, each student is trained for seven years on a single global problem, allowing them to deeply understand and develop innovative solutions. During this journey, they are connected with world-class leaders and mentors in their field, gaining direct guidance and insights from industry pioneers who have already made a significant impact.

Our goal is to produce 1,000 such leaders who will disrupt industries, solve global challenges, and reshape the future of business, technology, and society—just like Thomas Edison, Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Richard Branson, and Elon Musk did in their respective fields.

Vision Statement

Rehan School envisions a world where great leaders are intentionally created, not left to chance. Just as we have well-defined systems to train professionals in medicine, engineering, and law, we believe leadership must be designed, taught, and developed with precision.

Our vision is to develop leaders who will be Nobel laureates, Guinness World Record holders, and multi-millionaire entrepreneurs—individuals who will solve the world’s most pressing problems and drive global impact. By re-engineering the education system through first-principle thinking and modern tools, we aim to build a new generation of visionary leaders, innovators, and changemakers.

Through deep mentorship, hands-on experience, and long-term problem-solving, Rehan School ensures that its students don’t just learn about leadership but actively become the next generation of world-class leaders.

The ancient Chinese text, Tao Te Ching by Laozi, is filled with profound wisdom that has guided leaders, thinkers, and seekers for centuries. Among its timeless teachings, the line “Mastering others is strength. Mastering yourself is true power.” captures a truth that resonates deeply across cultures and eras: real greatness comes not from control over others, but from mastery over one’s own self.

Strength in Mastering Others

In society, strength is often measured by how much influence or control one has over others. A military commander, a corporate leader, or a political figure who can command obedience is often seen as powerful. This type of mastery requires charisma, authority, and sometimes force. It can lead to victories, wealth, and fame. Yet, this strength is external—it depends on others recognizing and submitting to that authority. History is full of leaders who conquered nations but were unable to conquer their own anger, greed, or fear. Their external strength crumbled when their internal weaknesses caught up with them.

Power in Mastering Yourself

Self-mastery, however, is a different kind of power. It is invisible, quiet, and deeply personal. It means gaining control over one’s impulses, emotions, and desires. A person who can resist temptation, remain calm in the face of chaos, and stay true to their values is far more powerful than one who rules over armies but is a slave to their own passions.
For example, Mahatma Gandhi never led a battalion, yet his self-discipline, simplicity, and inner strength inspired millions to follow him and brought down an empire without violence. His power came from within, and it proved stronger than any sword.

The True Balance of Leadership

When someone combines external strength with internal mastery, they achieve balance. A leader who knows how to guide others while staying grounded in humility and self-control can bring lasting change. Without self-mastery, strength turns into tyranny. With self-mastery, strength transforms into service.

Practical Path to Self-Mastery
• Awareness: Recognize your thoughts and emotions instead of being ruled by them.
• Discipline: Train yourself through small daily habits—whether in health, study, or work.
• Patience: True power comes from restraint and endurance, not quick reactions.
• Purpose: Align your actions with higher values, not fleeting desires.

Conclusion

The words of the Tao Te Ching remind us that anyone can seek strength by controlling others, but only the truly wise seek power by controlling themselves. To master yourself is to gain freedom—from fear, from greed, from anger. And that freedom is the deepest, most unshakable form of power.

As leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers, we must remember: the world may admire our strength, but it will only be transformed by our self-mastery.
