What is the difference between a Follower and a Friend on Facebook ? A facebook follower is a someone who get's your public posts in their facebook newsfeed, but you do not get anything from them, a Facebook friend is a 2 way traffic, where you also get their public and for friends only updates in YOUR news feed.
