Aaj maine Amishi Jha ki interesting talk **“How to Tame Your Wandering Mind”** ka review share kiya.

Maine seekha ke hamara mind aksar ek soch se doosri soch ki taraf chala jata hai, aur yeh bilkul normal hai.

Mindfulness aur regular practice ke zariye hum apni **attention aur focus** ko behtar bana sakte hain. ‍

Meri sab se bari learning yeh hai ke jab hamara mind wander kare, to humein pareshan nahi hona chahiye. Bas apne mind ko notice karein aur gently apni attention wapas present moment mein le aayein.

Yeh students ke liye bhi bohat helpful hai kyun ke better focus se learning aur concentration improve ho sakti hai.

اسلام علیکم۔
سر امید ہے آپ خیریت سے ہونگے۔ سر میرا نام عدیل اقبال ہے عمر قریباً 29 برس ہے۔ اور میں ضلع جہلم سے تعلق رکھتا ہوں۔ اس وقت میں عر صہ 4 برس سے ملازمت کے سلسلہ میں متحدہ عرب امارات کی ریاست اجمان میں مقیم ہوں۔ سر یقیناً آپ مجھے نہیں جانتے پر سر میں آپ کو سوشل میڈیا کے ذریعے سے بہت فالو کرتا ہے۔ سر یہ کہنا کچھ غلط نہیں ہوگا کہ آپ میرے رول ماڈل ہیں۔سر میں دل سے آپکا بہت احترام کرتا ہوں میرے پاس یہ بتانے کے لیئے مناسب الفاظ نہیں ہیں۔ مجھے بہت افسوس اور شرمندگی ہے سر کہ میں اس وقت میں بے حد مجبوری اور پریشانی کے عالم میں آپ سے رابطہ کر رہا ہوں۔ سر میں اس وقت بڑی شدید الجھن اور پریشانی میں ہوں۔ اس سلسلے میں آپکی مدد درکارh ہے۔ سر مجھ پر کچھ قرض ہے ۔ اور میرے ذاتی چیک یہاں پر کسی کے پاس موجود ہیں۔ جن کی مالیت 22,500 اماراتی درہم (قریباً 7 لاکھ پاکستانی روپے ) ہے۔ سر چیک کی تاریخ 15 دسمبر 2017 کی تھی۔ جو کہ ڈس آنر ہو چکے ہیں۔ لیکن اگلے بندے سے میں سے بڑی عاجزی سے درخواست کر رکھی ہے کہ فی الوقت قانونی چارہ جوئی نہ کرے۔ آج اس شخص نے ایک آخری بار مجھے ایک دن کا وقت دیا ہے اور کہا ہے کہ رقم ادا نہ کی تو میرے خلاف سخت قانونی کارروائی کرے گا۔ اب سر میں ایک نہایت متوسط گھرانے سے تعلق رکھتا ہوں۔ خاندان کے قریباً 10 سے زائد افراد کا واحد زمہ دار کفیل ہوں۔ آپ بہتر جانتے اور سمجھتے ہیں کہ ہمارے ملک پاکستان میں روزگار کے کیا حالات ہیں۔ جس کی وجہ سے میں یہاں طویل عرصہ سے قیام پذیر پوں۔ اور دن رات محنت کر کے اپنے خاندان کے لوگوں کی بنیادی ضروریات بمشکل پوری کر پا رہا ہوں۔ والدین بوڑھے ہیں اور شدید بیمار ہیں۔ گزشتہ ماہ کی ہی بات ہے میرے والد صاحب کو دماغ پر فالج کا اٹیک ہوا ہے۔ اور بروقت طبی امداد کے باعث بمشکل بچت ہو پائی ہے۔ ایک بہن اور ایک بھائی کسی روڈ ایکسیڈنٹ کے باعث بالکل ٹھیک نہیں ہیں۔ جن کا علاج درکار ہے۔ میرے کاندھوں میری 3 بہنوں کی شادی کی ذمےداری بھی ہے۔اور سر بس کیا کیا بتاؤں آپ کو ذہنی پریشانی اور الجھنوں کے باعث میری صحت بھی کچھ ٹھیک نہیں رہتی۔بے پناہ قرض وبال جان بنا پڑا ہے۔ سر ایسے حالات میں اگر مجھے یہاں پر کسی قسم کی قانونی چارہ جوئی کا سامنا کرنا پڑتا ہے تو سر میں تو پھر اسے بہتر مرنا پسند کروں گا۔ سر میرے پاس سفید پوشی کے سوا کچھ بھی نہیں ہے مجھے ایسے اس انداز میں آپ کو تکلیف دینا بالکل اچھا نہیں لگ رہا۔ لیکن سر میرے پاس اور کوئی دوسرا راستہ نہیں ہے۔ آپ میری امید کی آخری کرن ہیں۔ سر میری مدد کریں یا پھر یہاں پر کوئی اپنا عزیز بتائیں جو میری مدد کر سکے۔ آپکو میرا شناختی کارڈ, پاسپورٹ، پرسنل چیک ضمانت کے طور پر جو بھی چاہیے ہوا میں آپ کو مہیا کر دوں گا۔ اور سر 8-6 ماہ کے اندر اندر آپکی رقم واپس لوٹا دوں گا۔ پر پلیز سر مایوس مت کیجئے گا۔ بڑی مشکل سے آپ سے رابطہ ہو پایا ہے۔ آپکا مجھ سمیت میرے خاندان کے بہت سے لوگوں پر زندگی بھر احسان رہے گا۔ سر میرے پاس فی الوقت وسائل کی کمی ہے جسکی وجہ سے یہاں دبئی میں ایک فلیٹ میٹ ہے اس کا کوئی پاکستان میں جاننے والا ہے۔ اس کے ذریعے سے پیغام بھیج رہا ہوں آپ تک۔ پلیز سر مدد کیجئے گا۔ سر مجھے اس طرح سے اس انداز میں آپ کو تکلیف دینا بالکل گوارہ نہیں لیکن سر میں بے انتہا مجبوری میں ہوں اور عاجزی کی انتہا پر آپ سے مدد کی اپیل ہے۔ اللہ رب العزت آپکے درجات میں مزید اضافہ فرمائے۔ آمین

Dear Rehan bhai,

You definitely want to do good but your methods are strange. You call them "unconventional and hard on you" but they are hollow methods. Examples, having a mobile phone, having 500 mutual friends, doing interviews. Underlying idea is good but implementation is flawed thats why you cannot find real concrete success stories. When I tried to explain, I was unfriended, which is completely fine. You sell false entitlements too. Log ghar bethe minister ban rahe hai, motivational speakers ban rahe hain, bagher kisi plan ke No. 1 banne ka khwab dekh rahe hain. No. 1 banne ka khwab is also taken from some motivational speech. Khwab dekho bagher kisi plan ke, jab pura nahi ho to depression mein chale jao. Logon ke 2-3 saal kharab hote hain in interviews etc mein. Log pata nahi kia expect karte hain. Pehle bhi bol chuka hun ye batein but unfortunately Ive been labeled as negative and jealous. I dont know your purpose behind sharing this post, maybe you want "haters will be haters Rehan bhai. You are perfect " but I think you should learn to listen. When you waste peoples time, this is when I feel like it is my duty to say something. Har cheez ka answer mutual friend nahi. Installment per laptop bhi mutual friend se, shadow minister bhi mutual friend se. Apne jo kerna hai in your individual capacity, ap karein. Please logon ka time waste na karein. Log wese hi bohat pareshan hain. JazakAllah.
