Movie review topic: Patch Adams (1998)

Patch Adams is an inspiring and heartwarming movie based on the life of Dr. Hunter “Patch” Adams. Starring Robin Williams, the film highlights the importance of kindness, humor, compassion, and emotional support in healthcare.

The story follows Patch Adams, a medical student who believes that treating patients means more than simply curing their illnesses. He uses laughter, friendship, and creative approaches to bring happiness to patients and help them feel valued and understood. Despite facing challenges and criticism, he remains committed to his belief that compassion should be an essential part of medicine.

Through this movie, I learned that a simple smile, a kind word, or a little attention can make a big difference in someone's life. It also taught me to follow my dreams, respect others, and treat everyone with empathy and dignity.

The biggest lesson is that medicine may treat the body, but kindness and compassion can bring comfort to the heart!

    # Mulla Nasrudin’s Missing Ring
    ### English Story

One evening, Mulla Nasrudin lost his precious ring inside his house. He searched everywhere but could not find it. Since the house was dark, he went outside and started searching under a bright streetlight.

A man passing by asked, “Mulla, what are you looking for?”

“I have lost my ring,” Mulla replied.

“Where did you lose it?” the man asked.

    “Inside my house,” said Mulla.

The man was surprised. “Then why are you searching outside?”

Mulla smiled and said, “Because it is dark inside my house, but there is plenty of light out here!”

The man laughed at Mulla’s clever but funny answer.

**Moral:** Always look for solutions in the right place. The easiest way is not always the correct way.

  • **Helping Others in Need | Spreading Kindness Through Action **

Helping others in need is one of the most beautiful ways to make the world a better place. Sometimes, a small act of kindness can bring a big smile to someone's face and give hope to someone who is going through a difficult time. Whether it is helping a poor family, sharing food with someone who is hungry, supporting a person in need, helping an elderly individual, or simply offering kind words to someone who feels alone, every good action matters. 🥹

Through this live social media session, we want to spread awareness about the importance of kindness, compassion, generosity, and humanity. Our goal is to inspire people to look beyond themselves and recognize the needs of those around them. We may not be able to solve every problem in the world, but we can make a difference in someone's life through our actions.

**Remember:** You don't have to be rich to help others. You can offer your time, share your knowledge, listen to someone who needs support, or encourage a person who has lost hope. Even the smallest act of kindness can create a chain reaction of goodness that inspires others to do the same.

Let's use social media not only to share pictures and videos but also to spread positive messages, raise awareness, encourage generosity, and inspire meaningful action. Together, we can build a community where people care for one another, support those facing difficulties, and treat everyone with dignity and respect. 🫶

**Be the reason someone smiles today. Help with a sincere heart, give without expecting anything in return, and remember that humanity is one of the greatest gifts we can share.**

May we all become a source of hope, kindness, and happiness for those around us. Every helping hand makes a difference!

The Mystery of Life: Exploring the World of Cells
    ---
Once, a curious girl named Sara always asked one question: "What is life really made of?"
One day, her science teacher didn't answer with words. She just placed a single drop of pond water under a microscope and said, "Look."
    Sara looked. And gasped.
Inside that tiny, clear drop was an entire universe. Hundreds of tiny creatures swimming, spinning, eating, dividing. Little transparent bubbles were moving like they had a purpose.
    "What are they?" Sara whispered.
"They are Cells," her teacher said. "The building blocks of all life. Every leaf, every bird, every human - including you - is made of them. You have about 37 trillion of them inside you right now."
Sara couldn't believe it. "But they are so small!"
"Small, but not simple," said the teacher. "Let's explore one."
She showed Sara a diagram of a single cell.
"See this? This dark circle in the middle is the Nucleus. Think of it as the brain or the control center. It holds all the instructions - your DNA - that tells the cell who you are.
Around it is the Cytoplasm, a jelly-like fluid. It's like a busy factory floor where all the work happens. Food is turned into energy here.
Scattered inside are tiny machines. Some are Mitochondria - the powerhouses that give you energy to run and laugh. Some are Ribosomes - tiny builders that make proteins.
And finally, surrounding everything is the Cell Membrane. It's the gatekeeper, the wall of the city. It decides what goes in and what stays out, keeping the cell safe."
Sara stared, amazed. "So... inside me, there are trillions of little cities, all working together?"
"Exactly," the teacher smiled. "When cells of the same kind join together, they form tissues. Tissues join to form organs, like your heart and brain. And organs join to form... you."
"So life isn't one big thing," Sara said slowly. "Life is billions of tiny lives working as one team."
The teacher nodded. "That's the mystery. From the outside, we look like one person. From the inside, we are a universe."
From that day on, Sara never saw herself the same way again. She knew that every time she breathed, healed, or grew - it was her 37 trillion tiny citizens working hard for her.
MORAL: Life's greatest wonder is not in the stars above, but in the tiny world within us.

    **Day 11 | Mulla Nasrudin’s Wise Answer**

English Story: Mulla Nasrudin’s Wise Answer
Once upon a time, Mulla Nasrudin was sitting in the village square when a man came to him and asked, “Mulla, tell me, which is more important: knowledge or wealth?”

Mulla smiled and replied, “Knowledge is more important than wealth.”

The man asked curiously, “Why do you say that?”

Mulla explained, “Wealth needs protection, but knowledge protects you. When you spend your wealth, it becomes less, but when you share your knowledge, it grows.”

The people around him listened carefully and nodded in agreement.

The man was impressed by Mulla’s wise answer and thanked him for his valuable lesson.

From that day on, the villagers understood the importance of gaining knowledge and sharing it with others.

Moral of the Story: Knowledge is more valuable than wealth because it guides and protects us throughout our lives.

When you spend your wealth, it becomes less, but when you share your knowledge, it grows.” The people around him listened carefully and nodded in agreement. The man was impressed by Mulla’s wise answer and thanked him for his valuable lesson. From that day on, the villagers understood the importance of gaining knowledge and sharing it with others. Moral of the Story: Knowledge is more valuable than wealth because it guides and protects us throughout our lives.

English Story: Mulla Nasrudin & the Donkey’s Price
Once upon a time, Mulla Nasrudin went to the village market to buy a donkey. He saw a man selling a donkey and asked, “How much is this donkey?”

The seller replied, “It costs 100 gold coins.”

Mulla looked at the donkey carefully and said, “That is too expensive! Can you sell it for 50 gold coins?”

The seller shook his head and said, “No, my donkey is strong, healthy, and hardworking.”

Mulla smiled and asked, “If your donkey is so hardworking, why don’t you let it earn the money itself?”

The seller was surprised by Mulla’s clever question. The people standing nearby burst into laughter.

Finally, the seller agreed to lower the price, and Mulla bought the donkey at a fair price.

Everyone praised Mulla for his intelligence and sense of humor.

Moral of the Story: Always use your intelligence and humor to solve problems.
