Trilochan works as the Chief of Operations at Ninja Infosys, one of Nepal’s most forward-thinking technology companies. What impressed me most wasn’t just his composure — it was what his company is doing for his country. Ninja Infosys is quietly building the digital backbone of Nepal. Their flagship innovation, Digital e-Palika, is transforming how local governments serve citizens. Through this platform, municipal offices that once ran on paper and long queues now operate online — handling everything from citizen registration and business licensing to complaint management, revenue tracking, and document management. They even partnered with Galli Maps, enabling citizens to access local maps and services directly from their phones.
