پاکستان میں فیکٹریاں لوگ زیادہ کیوں نہیں لگاتے؟

اور کیوں اگلے 20 سال پاکستان میں فیکٹری لگانے کا سب سے بڑا موقع ہو سکتے ہیں؟

پاکستان ایک ایسا ملک ہے جس کے پاس:

* 25 کروڑ لوگ ہیں
* نوجوان آبادی ہے
* سستی لیبر ہے
* زراعت ہے
* سمندر ہے
* معدنیات ہیں
* بڑی مارکیٹ ہے

لیکن اس کے باوجود…

پاکستان میں بہت کم لوگ نئی فیکٹریاں لگاتے ہیں۔

کیوں؟

یہ سوال صرف معیشت کا نہیں…
یہ ایک قومی نفسیات، نظام، اعتماد اور وژن کا سوال ہے۔

1۔ لوگ “رسک” سے ڈرتے ہیں

پاکستان میں اکثر لوگ:

* دکان کھولنا پسند کرتے ہیں
* پلاٹ خریدنا پسند کرتے ہیں
* سونا خریدتے ہیں
* کرائے کی پراپرٹی لیتے ہیں

کیونکہ ان میں “روزانہ headache” کم ہوتی ہے۔

فیکٹری لگانا مشکل کام ہے۔

اس میں:

* مشینری
* بجلی
* مزدور
* ٹیکس
* سپلائی
* کوالٹی
* مارکیٹنگ
* سرکاری اجازتیں

سب سنبھالنا پڑتا ہے۔

یعنی فیکٹری صرف پیسہ نہیں…
اعصاب بھی مانگتی ہے۔

2۔ پالیسیوں کا عدم استحکام

بہت سے سرمایہ کار ڈرتے ہیں کہ:

* آج قانون کچھ ہے
* کل بدل جائے گا

آج ڈالر ایک قیمت پر ہے…
کل دوسری پر۔

آج ٹیکس ایک ہے…
کل دوسرا۔

فیکٹریاں 10-20 سال کے vision سے بنتی ہیں۔

لیکن جب ملک میں uncertainty زیادہ ہو…
تو لوگ long-term investment سے گھبراتے ہیں۔

3۔ بجلی اور انفراسٹرکچر کے مسائل

دنیا کی فیکٹریاں:

* سستی بجلی
* اچھی سڑکیں
* تیز بندرگاہیں
* reliable internet
* مستقل gas

پر چلتی ہیں۔

پاکستان میں کئی صنعتکار صرف:

* بجلی کی لوڈشیڈنگ
* مہنگی electricity
* gas shortage

سے پریشان ہو جاتے ہیں۔

کبھی کبھی فیکٹری بنانے سے زیادہ مشکل…
اسے چلانا ہوتا ہے۔

4۔ ہم نے نوجوانوں کو “نوکری” سکھائی…

“فیکٹری” نہیں

اسکول میں کوئی نہیں سکھاتا:

* مشین کیسے چلتی ہے
* product کیسے بنتا ہے
* supply chain کیا ہوتی ہے
* export کیسے ہوتی ہے
* quality control کیا ہوتا ہے

ہم صرف:

* ڈاکٹر
* انجینئر
* سرکاری افسر

بننے کا خواب دکھاتے ہیں۔

بچپن سے کم لوگ یہ سوچتے ہیں:

“میں 500 لوگوں کو نوکری دینے والی فیکٹری لگاؤں گا۔”

5۔ سوسائٹی میں صنعتکار کی عزت کم ہے

پاکستان میں:

* actor مشہور ہے
* politician مشہور ہے
* influencer مشہور ہے

لیکن ایک factory owner جو:

* 200 خاندان چلاتا ہے
* export کرتا ہے
* product بناتا ہے

اسے اکثر وہ عزت نہیں ملتی جس کا وہ حقدار ہے۔

حالانکہ قومیں factories سے امیر بنتی ہیں…
صرف speeches سے نہیں۔

6۔ آسان پیسہ صنعت سے زیادہ attractive لگتا ہے

بہت لوگ:

* import
* trading
* property
* currency
* speculative business

میں جلدی profit دیکھتے ہیں۔

جبکہ فیکٹری:

* patience
* discipline
* years of struggle

مانگتی ہے۔

لیکن اب سب کچھ بدلنے والا ہے

دنیا ایک نئے دور میں داخل ہو رہی ہے۔

AI،
automation،
robotics،
cheap software،
global internet…

نے manufacturing کا پورا کھیل بدل دیا ہے۔

اور شاید پہلی بار…

پاکستان جیسے ملک کے پاس دنیا سے آگے نکلنے کا موقع موجود ہے۔

پاکستان میں فیکٹری لگانے کا سب سے بڑا موقع کیوں آ رہا ہے؟

1۔ پاکستان کی آبادی خود ایک بہت بڑی مارکیٹ ہے

25 کروڑ لوگ۔

یہ خود ایک بہت بڑی economy ہے۔

اگر پاکستان میں صرف:

* سستے پنکھے
* AI devices
* solar products
* cheap laptops
* agriculture tools
* processed food
* school furniture
* batteries
* electric bikes

بنانا شروع ہو جائیں…

تو اربوں ڈالر کی local market موجود ہے۔

2۔ دنیا چین سے alternatives ڈھونڈ رہی ہے

دنیا کی بہت سی کمپنیاں اب:

* China dependency کم کرنا چاہتی ہیں
* نئے manufacturing hubs ڈھونڈ رہی ہیں

پاکستان:

* cheap labor
* strategic location
* ports
* youth population

کی وجہ سے اگلا بڑا manufacturing hub بن سکتا ہے۔

3۔ AI نے چھوٹے لوگوں کو بھی طاقت دے دی ہے

پہلے factory چلانے کے لیے:

* بڑی ٹیم
* accountants
* managers
* expensive software

چاہیے ہوتے تھے۔

اب:

* AI accounting کر سکتی ہے
* AI marketing کر سکتی ہے
* AI sales scripts بنا سکتی ہے
* AI customer service دے سکتی ہے
* AI inventory manage کر سکتی ہے

یعنی اب ایک چھوٹی ٹیم بھی بڑی factory چلا سکتی ہے۔

4۔ پاکستان میں ابھی competition کم ہے

بہت سے sectors میں:

* local manufacturing کم ہے
* quality products کم ہیں
* branding کمزور ہے

اس لیے جو لوگ آج شروع کریں گے…
وہ اگلے 10 سال کے kings بن سکتے ہیں۔

5۔ نوجوان اب global market تک پہنچ سکتے ہیں

پہلے export صرف بڑے لوگوں کا کھیل تھا۔

اب:

* Amazon
* Alibaba
* Shopify
* TikTok
* WhatsApp
* AI tools

نے ایک نوجوان کو بھی دنیا بھر میں بیچنے کی طاقت دے دی ہے۔

کون سی فیکٹریاں پاکستان بدل سکتی ہیں؟

پاکستان کو صرف کپڑا نہیں…

بلکہ:

* electric vehicles
* batteries
* agricultural technology
* water systems
* recycled products

کی factories چاہیے۔

اصل انقلاب

پاکستان کا مستقبل شاید صرف:

* کم لوگوں سے زیادہ کام کریں

* چین 40 سال میں بدل سکتا ہے…
* کوریا بدل سکتا ہے…
* ویتنام بدل سکتا ہے…

تو پاکستان کیوں نہیں؟

* اور بنانے کی culture
