Is there a website where a muslim in need can go and apply for zakat and people who want to pay zakat can find the payee ?

Someone wrote to me Please make a video on the procedure on how to be eligible to take donation like zakat , education , health care from ngos like jpsd , alamgir , etc Can anyone make this for me ?

Suggestions for zakat and charity spending for Muslims : 1. Spend 1/3 in your local community and leadership building, to organizations doing that 2. Send to where you are originally from and spend on education and community building 3. Don't give for basic food needs and make them into beggars, unless it is a temporary solution.

This Ramadan use your zakat wisely, we have been feeding people the fish and don't focus how we can make them into an Enterprenuer who can then learn how to fish for themselves, teach them how to fish, ask them to learn something new, read a new book, do something that is different than what they have been doing for all their lives ! If they can't read, give them a smart phone as gift from your Zakaat, get them on YouTube and Facebook and show them how to use this, and mentor them ! Kindly, ponder over it. 3 things indicating the root of destruction and the solution are as follows: 1. According to Prophet (Peace and Blessings be upon Him) rulers are like the masses. Hence, root of destruction is the public of Pakistan. Most of the people are lier, selfish and lost! Result= lier, corrupt, selfish rulers. 2. Allah doesn't change the condition of the people unless they change their selves! If we truly want to see beauty around us we must be ready to fix what inside of us is. We must follow the Master! 3. Quickest "Solution" is "Abondonment of Lying". A child or an illiterate person can easily understand this lesson "do not lie". Start campaign, "stop lying". Once a person asked Beloved Prophet that which one sin he should leave of all (including drinking and adultary) he was doing, Prophet asked him to stop lying. We can learn from wisdom that the root of evil of the masses is "falsehood". If it is eliminated, all evil would consequently diminish. In essence, for true leadership and a peaceful state we need likewise masses, and "TRUTH" is the key, the first step towards the change of the masses. I truly respect your effort for the economic upbringing of the nation but alongwith this your nation needs "character building", more voices like that of "YOUTH CLUB" who call them back to their Creator, the real Lover, and His Prophet, the real Standard! Otherwise, we see the countries with huge economic success but there is not ultimate justice and no end to poverty. America too has homeless people. World economic giants are exploiting the poor. What is the use of such richness! On contrary, we have seen the era in Islamic history where there were no poor people liable to take Zakat in the city.
