My speech for Protest and Solidarity with Gaza Rally My Dear Brothers and Sisters, My Heart Cries, and My soul shiver’s when I see the Dreadful Photos from Gaza, and when I hear what is going on and how helpless these people are in this small peace of land. This is not the first time that the history is repeating it self, When Human’s are killed, and we are left to a state where our brain’s stop working, on what should we do. Over the year's I have Managed to get 10,000+ People on my facebook page from Palestine and many as my friends on my profile. I talked to Hundreds of them, and Today I wish to share with you my learnings, after my conversation with them. Now this is MY conversation, in attempt to understand what really is happening, and Please remember that I am still a student of life and this situation. Talking to these brothers and sisters also helped immensely in learning arabic, and to understand what are the problems of a society that is not getting idea's from anywhere else accept the people around them. Most of the people in Palestine, and Specially in Gaza speak only Arabic, Most are educated, and many highly educated, but their english skills are very low, Most do not have job's, and most live on money which is sent to them from over sea's by their family members or in form of aid. Most of them are depressed, and wish to leave the country due to the problems, or want to study even more, to get job's as they feel that with this they can get jobs over sea’s. When I tell them to work online, or study online, this idea is foreign to them and they are not very keen on doing it, as they have not seen it yet to believe it. My brothers and sisters, who are reading this, I have spent a LOT of my time, A lot of money, and neglected the people around me, including my own company and Family, due to this issue of Palestine, So that I can try to understand and have a better understanding of the issue and see it with my own eyes. I have yet to be physically there, but I feel that I have many friends their who I live with, who I feel, and Who I care for DEEPLY to help them in any way or form that I can. In this process, I have managed to make many many great friends, brothers and sisters, one of whom wanted donate to me acre's of Millions of Dollars worth of land, for me to come to Ramallah and make Rehan University as a Physical entity there to help the people of Palestine. I just like you wish to help them, as we as ummah are all one. I request you today to please reach out to these people, find 100 of them via Facebook and talk to them, condole them, adopt them as your brother and sister in islam, and talk to them, Learn Arabic from them and teach them english, as it is a natural process that will happen when you will try to talk to them. Then introduce them to people who can guide them on how they can work online via internet, using great websites like Elance.com, freelancer.com and Fiverr.com , RehanTasks.com, Rehanwork.com Do business with them, do trade with them, see if you can hire them for some of your work over the internet for your business, to do work for you in the arabic world for you, as they Arabic is pure, and they can help you grow your business in the Arab world. To find them, simply go on your Facebook search bar and type, People living in Palestine and your search will start, and the journey will begin. in the End, I just want to tell you that I think that the situation is Palestine is NOT as it seem to us, I encourage you to investigate it, find more about it, and not just listen to any media, but talk to the real people on the ground, and try to get to the bottom of the problem, as only by understanding all side’s is a problem solved. May Allah be with all of us, and may human being’s finally learn how to collectively live in peace, like we used to live in Cordoba and Toledo in Spain and many other places today in the world. It's been impressive to see the energy and entrepreneurship that the Reihan School prize has released - a lot of students have been FB messaging asking to become friends Yet after friending a number of people, I've become very choosy – the flood has become so great that I only am looking to add people whose posts show that they have insights/interests akin to mine My guess is that hundreds/thousands of other global FB folks are also feeling overwhelmed So the suggestion is that you consider an upated and likely more effective approach RS students would be first given a list of Facebook or other social media users that they may find of interest, in terms of their own studies or career aims Then, before deciding which were the top prospects to approach with FB friend requests, they would identify a possible work-study project relating closely to the overseas prospect's interests This proposed research/work-study project could be either offered on a brief volunteer basis – or as a quick (compensated) gig on Fiverr.com Then, after crafting the proposed project to be _highly_ aligned with the prospective FB friends' interest, the RS student would sent the FB friend request - including a summary of the proposed volunteer research (or compensated gig) This would likely yield a far higher % of FB friend acceptances – and potentially lead to reputation building freelance work for the students Hope this approach to winning the laptop there will be testable in the future!

I love this habit of yours of opening new windows for our unfortunate brothers and sisters who do not get to see the beautiful world Allah(swt) has created for us. smile emoticon Coming back to the topic. If you want to earn money, you must have to be skilled at something. There's an amazing website that lets you translate your skill and work into money in the easiest way I have seen. It's called Fiverr. Url - http://www.fiverr.com/ I'm a little skilled at using Adobe Photoshop which is arguably the best tool for editing pictures. I learned to use Photoshop on my own when I was 12 or 13 by tinkering around and experimenting with different pictures. Watching tutorials also helped me a lot, and of course some websites which I gained access to through Google. I created my Fiverr account just a month back. I've earned $16 already. One might think "Oh that's very less!". Setting up anything takes perseverance and time. I think I have made good progress. A friend of mine who is a programmer has made thousands of dollars using this website! Isn't it cool, so much money from working at home at home? That's it. Thank you.

Q2 - in my city, I have problem with cleaning plans, garbage collection system is not good then what should I do to make it better or over come this problem?
