At the moment I'm still working for Deutsche Telekom AG which is the biggest Telecom enterprise in Europe with 50 worldwide subsidiaries. If you may kindly send me your e-mail adress, I can send you detailed information about this interesting combination between higher education at University with vocational training in a company. It's working for all kind of subjects: for Business administration and IT as well as for technical engineering programs. Graduation will be "Bachelor" or "Master" and the graduates usually are ready for taking positions in lower management directly after finish their study program. To describe it short: the German "dual system" of Vocational Education & Training meanwhile became an export best-seller. To make a long speech short:: instead of being depend of governmental help, companies work closely together with Universities. They develop curricula together. They implement a part-time model for students. So students can study parttime at University and work in a company the other time. F.e. 3 days a week in the company - 3 days a week at University. Students are hired by companies as "employees in training", they receive a small salary and the company pays their University fees. The result: 3-4 years of theoretical knowledge at University and at the same time: 3-4 years practical working experience in a company. Through the close relationship between business and University deep impact on an state of the techniques curriculum. Teaching/Learning what's necessary. It's working excellent ! I'm looking for companies which are interested in implementing such a kind of system in their home country. Meanwhile I'm thinking about coming to Pakistan to meet people personally. A friend from germany, who tried to do business with people in Pakistan wrote, that he often cheated... in PAK I feel the people need much more social education. To learn that cheating is useless...

I was talking to a friend of mine who i met recently via Facebook, He was asking about why religion is so important in Pakistan and Muslim world and not so important in Europe ? He asked this as this is how he saw things. I suggested him to come and spend a month in Pakistan and live with me or in different houses of poor people in our country to see the reality of life, which he agreed to, and he wants me to come and stay in 130km outside a city house in Germany. I think that this can be a very good way to understand problems of people, and more should do this, Ie More in Palestine should go and live in Israel for a month and More Israeli should live in Palestine for a month. More in Pakistan should live with different families in India and More Indians should come to Pakistan and live with different families in Pakistan . This is for those who are LESS TOLERANT and more angry, to see and understand the problems.

Having said that you are doing a great job and contributing in enlightening the masses. Instead of just watching the videos you post and feeling proud of my fellow Pakistani, I now want to benefit from you. I want your guidance on gettinng something done. I am a student doing Master in Project Management from Germany. I have a social science background and IT is something very new to me but still it fascinates me. I am seeking guidance on direction e.g. how to go about learning IT as a beginner, at my own. Which tools and methods I need to learn in order to pursue my entrepreneurship aspirations in IT. Having a non-tech background and NO degree specializations in IT, will I be able to learn it at all or is it going to be a futile effort any way. Kindly guide me on this if you can take time for me, after all you are not a stranger to me . I want to experiment, i am not afraid of failures, but I want to know the right tools and methods that a beginner like me should learn in order to play around with different things out there in the IT World. I am sure there are many people around with similar dilemma like that of mine and people of knowledge like you can really help us making our lives better.
