    Please spend little time..

Did anyone of us imagine how the sun is gonna rise from the west as said by our prophet muhammed (peace be upon him) 1400 yrs ago..

but now scientists found how it happens..scientists were making researches on MARS for long time....MARS which rotates in the same direction of the EARTH has now started to rotate in the opposite direction...now the sun rises from west in MARS..this is named as RETROGRADE MOTION...and this happens to all planets..amazingly EARTH is next.!!

ALLAH says when sun rise from west the doors of FORGIVENESS will be closed..no more dua for repentance will be accepted..its not too far to happen this..!!

Lets not waste time on movies, music, parties etc..spend more time to read and learn QURAN and HADITHS..PRAY five times..and teach our kids on islam..these will only benefit in our GRAVE..

ISLAM is a beautiful religion and ALLAH has made us so easy to follow through our PHOPHET MUHHAMMED (peace upon him)...

Dont juz forward this to all..for a sec ask urself..Have we done anything for the life LIFE AFTER DEATH...??Are we ready to meet ALLAH on the day of JUDGEMENT???Remember.. we are all alone on that day..
▪Have you ever wondered what would have happened if we treated the Quran the way we treat our mobile phone...?

    ▪What if we can carry it with us wherever we go;
In our bags .... & our pockets?

▪What if we looked at the pages several times a day?

▪What if we went back to take it if forgotten?

▪What if we treated as though we cannot live without it..?
    - And really, we cannot live without it...!

▪What if we give it to our children as gifts??

▪What if we read it while travelling??

▪What if we made it a priority everyday??
    Let our logo be :
" Quran is my best friend."

▪Only 7% will re- send the
    message.

▪Be amongst them & send it to the largest possible number of people.

▪Dont be of the 93% who will not share the message....

▪Think... Even once... Day of Judgment... we will realise we daily opened messages from friends...

    ▪We shared/forwarded the jokes & gossips ...

▪But how many times do we open the Quran and read the messages sent from Allah subhaana wa taala Himself

    ❇Scientifically proven :
Listening to Quran reduces the prevalence of cancerous cells in the human body and even destroys them.

The prolongation of prostration strengthens memory, and prevents stroke.

    Satan said :
"I wonder how humans claim to Love Allah and disobey Him, and claim they hate me yet they obey me!"

▪Will take 60 seconds to benefit yr loved ones, pass it on as a reminder.

    Warning -
    Do not send later.
    Send now.
May Allah swt grant success to everyone who reads and sends... aameen

  • Once upon a time, in a small village in Pakistan called Choti Basti, there lived three best friends: Afsan, Waqar, and Chugli. They were known to be inseparable and spent most of their time together. However, each of them had a different way of engaging in conversations.

Afsan, the wise parrot, loved discussing ideas and learning new things. He enjoyed pondering over questions like "What if the sky changed colors every day?" or "How can we make Choti Basti a better place?"

Waqar, the curious monkey, was interested in discussing events that happened around the village. He would often talk about the recent cricket match, the Eid celebrations, or the new school that was being built.

Chugli, the mischievous mynah, enjoyed gossiping about other animals in the village. She would often share stories about who was friends with whom, and who had a fight with their neighbor.

One day, a wise old elephant named Hikmat visited Choti Basti. He gathered all the animals and told them about a magical tree that could grant them one wish. The animals were excited and started discussing what they would wish for.

Afsan, Waqar, and Chugli decided to meet under a banyan tree to discuss their wishes. Afsan shared an idea about wishing for a library full of books, so everyone in the village could learn and grow. Waqar talked about wishing for a grand festival where everyone could come together and celebrate their unity. Chugli, on the other hand, wanted to wish for the ability to know everyones secrets.

As they were discussing their wishes, Hikmat the elephant overheard them. He approached the friends and shared his wisdom. "My dear friends, it is important to remember that the conversations you have reflect the kind of person you are. Afsan, your passion for ideas will lead to growth and innovation in Choti Basti. Waqar, your enthusiasm for events helps to bring people together. But Chugli, gossiping about others can create unnecessary problems and discord."

Chugli realized the wisdom in Hikmats words and decided to change her ways. From that day on, the three friends continued their discussions, with Chugli focusing more on ideas and events rather than gossiping about others. Together, they made Choti Basti a happier and more harmonious place to live.

  • I started succeeding when I started leaving small fights.
I stopped fighting those who gossiped about me...
I stopped fighting with my in laws...
    I stopped fighting for attention...
I stopped fighting to meet peoples expectation of me...
I stopped fighting for my rights with people...
I stopped fighting to please everyone...
I stopped fighting to prove they were wrong about me...

And I started working for my vision, my dreams, my ideas and my destiny.

The day I gave up on small fights is the day I started becoming successful & so much more content."

  • Lashon hara (לשון הרע) is a Hebrew term meaning “evil tongue” or “negative speech.” In Jewish ethics, it refers to the act of speaking negatively about someone else, even if the information shared is true. This concept is rooted in the Torah and is considered a serious ethical violation in Jewish law (halacha).

    Key Aspects of Lashon Hara:
    1. Truthful Information: Unlike slander, lashon hara involves sharing information that is true but harmful to the subject.
    2. Harmful Intent: The speech damages someone’s reputation, relationships, or dignity.
    3. Exceptions: It is generally forbidden, but there are cases where it might be permitted or required, such as warning someone about a danger or preventing harm (e.g., in cases of abuse or fraud).
    4. Contrast with Motzi Shem Ra: While lashon hara involves truth, motzi shem ra refers to spreading lies or falsehoods about someone, which is considered even worse.

    Ethical Guidelines:
    • Guard Your Speech: Judaism emphasizes the power of words to build or destroy, encouraging individuals to speak constructively and avoid gossip.
    • Intention Matters: Even casual remarks or jokes can constitute lashon hara if they harm someone.
    • Self-Reflection: Before speaking, one should ask: “Is what I’m about to say true? Is it necessary? Is it kind?”

    Sources:

The prohibition of lashon hara is derived from verses such as:
    • Leviticus 19:16: “You shall not go around as a talebearer among your people.”
    • Psalms 34:13-14: “Guard your tongue from evil and your lips from speaking deceit.”

    Modern Relevance:

The concept of lashon hara is increasingly relevant in the age of social media and instant communication, where negative speech can spread rapidly. Jewish teachings remind us to use our words responsibly to foster peace and understanding.

  • Live This Year as If It Were Your Last

Imagine this: a doctor looks you in the eye and tells you, “You only have one year left.”

    Suddenly, everything shifts.
That fight with your friend? Irrelevant.
    That money you’re hoarding? Pointless.
That dream you keep postponing? Urgent.

If this year were your last, how would you live?

Would you waste hours scrolling on a screen, or would you finally pick up the phone and tell your mother, “I love you”?
Would you complain about your job, or would you start the business you always wanted?
Would you gossip, or would you write your book, your song, your poem, so that the world remembers your voice?

    The Deep Truth

Most of us live as if we are immortal. We delay joy, delay love, delay dreams. We wait for the “right time.” But the truth is brutal: no one has promised us another year, another month, another day.

Death is not far. And that is not a reason to fear—it’s a reason to live.

    Emotional Wake-Up Call

Think of the hug you haven’t given. The apology you never made. The journey you keep postponing. If this was your last year, wouldn’t you rush to make them happen?

Imagine leaving this world not with regrets, but with a heart full of love, memories, and impact.

Viral Energy — A Challenge for You

    Live this year with intensity.
    Live it with love.
    Live it with courage.

Start today. Write down three things you would absolutely do if this were your last year. Then go and do them—no delay.

Because one day, the year that begins will actually be your last. And on that day, you will thank yourself for living boldly instead of waiting quietly.

    ⸻

DDEV takeaway: Don’t just read this. Share it, live it, breathe it. If this was your last year, what would you start doing today?

  • When Favors Backfire in the Workplace

At first, it seems logical that when a boss gives repeated favors—flexible hours, special assignments, personal help, or leniency—the employee would respond with loyalty. But research shows this isn’t always the case.

    1. The Burden of Indebtedness
    • Favors create a psychological debt.
    • Employees may feel: “Now I owe my boss, I must work harder, I can’t say no.”
    • Over time, this pressure builds stress. Instead of gratitude, the person starts resenting the boss for making them feel trapped.

    2. Micromanagement Effect
    • Favors often come bundled with constant oversight. For example, a boss might say: “Don’t worry, I’ll help you with this task” but then step in too often.
    • Employees interpret this as lack of trust. What began as kindness is reframed as control.
    • Studies in organizational psychology call this the autonomy paradox—help that reduces independence eventually sparks rebellion.

    3. Passive Aggression & Rebellion

When employees can’t openly reject a powerful boss, they often resist indirectly:
    • Slowing down work
    • Ignoring instructions
    • Pretending not to understand
    • Avoiding communication

This is exactly what the Ohio State University study found: employees who “resisted” bosses—even passively—felt less stressed and more committed than those who silently accepted. Their rebellion was a survival mechanism to protect self-respect.

    ⸻

    Real-Life Example

Imagine a manager who constantly “helps” an employee by redoing their work. The intention may be good, but the message received is: “You’re not competent enough.” After a while:
    • The employee feels undervalued.
    • They stop putting in full effort.
    • They may gossip, withdraw, or subtly sabotage—classic passive aggression.

So instead of loyalty, the boss creates distance and hidden hostility.

    ⸻

    Bottom Line:
    • Too many favors = pressure, loss of autonomy, resentment.
    • Employees push back not always out of malice, but as a way to reclaim dignity.
    • Hazrat Ali’s (RA) wisdom connects here: even acts of kindness can trigger hidden psychological defense, which is why caution is necessary.
