Opportunities Are Usually Disguised as Hard Work
Once upon a time, there was a young boy named Ali who dreamed of becoming a successful businessman. He wanted to achieve something great in life, but he did not want to work hard. He hoped that one day a big opportunity would come to him easily.
ایک دفعہ کا ذکر ہے کہ علی نام کا ایک نوجوان لڑکا تھا جس کا خواب ایک کامیاب کاروباری شخص بننا تھا۔ وہ زندگی میں کچھ بڑا حاصل کرنا چاہتا تھا، لیکن وہ محنت نہیں کرنا چاہتا تھا۔ اسے امید تھی کہ ایک دن کوئی بڑا موقع آسانی سے اس کے پاس آ جائے گا۔
One day, Ali met an old businessman who owned a successful company. Ali asked him, “Sir, how did you become so successful? Did someone give you a great opportunity?”
ایک دن علی کی ملاقات ایک بزرگ کاروباری شخص سے ہوئی، جس کی ایک کامیاب کمپنی تھی۔ علی نے ان سے پوچھا، ”جناب، آپ اتنے کامیاب کیسے بنے؟ کیا کسی نے آپ کو کوئی بڑا موقع دیا تھا؟“
The businessman smiled and said, “Yes, I found many opportunities, but they did not look like opportunities at first. They looked like hard work, challenges, and difficult decisions.”
کاروباری شخص مسکرائے اور بولے، ”ہاں، مجھے بہت سے مواقع ملے، لیکن شروع میں وہ مواقع جیسے نظر نہیں آتے تھے۔ وہ محنت، مشکلات اور مشکل فیصلوں کی شکل میں میرے سامنے آتے تھے۔“
Ali was confused. The businessman continued, “When I started my business, I had very little money. I worked long hours, learned new skills, made mistakes, and faced many problems. Many times, I wanted to give up, but I kept going. Every challenge taught me something new.”
علی حیران ہوا۔ کاروباری شخص نے بات جاری رکھتے ہوئے کہا، ”جب میں نے اپنا کاروبار شروع کیا تو میرے پاس بہت کم پیسے تھے۔ میں نے کئی گھنٹے محنت کی، نئی مہارتیں سیکھیں، غلطیاں کیں اور بہت سی مشکلات کا سامنا کیا۔ کئی بار میرا دل ہار ماننے کو چاہا، لیکن میں کوشش کرتا رہا۔ ہر مشکل نے مجھے کچھ نیا سکھایا۔“
Ali began to understand the meaning of his words.
علی آہستہ آہستہ ان کی باتوں کا مطلب سمجھنے لگا۔
The next day, Ali decided to change his attitude. Instead of waiting for success, he started working on his skills. He learned about business, read books, helped others, and tried new things. Whenever he faced a difficult task, he reminded himself that it might be an opportunity in disguise.
اگلے دن علی نے اپنا رویہ بدلنے کا فیصلہ کیا۔ کامیابی کا انتظار کرنے کے بجائے، اس نے اپنی صلاحیتوں پر کام کرنا شروع کر دیا۔ اس نے کاروبار کے بارے میں سیکھا، کتابیں پڑھیں، دوسروں کی مدد کی اور نئی چیزیں آزمانے لگا۔ جب بھی اسے کوئی مشکل کام ملتا، وہ خود کو یاد دلاتا کہ شاید اس مشکل کے اندر کوئی موقع چھپا ہوا ہے۔
Months passed, and Ali became more confident and knowledgeable. Eventually, he started a small business of his own. It was not easy, but his patience and hard work helped him grow.
کئی مہینے گزر گئے اور علی پہلے سے زیادہ پُراعتماد اور سمجھدار ہو گیا۔ آخرکار، اس نے اپنا چھوٹا سا کاروبار شروع کر لیا۔ یہ آسان نہیں تھا، لیکن اس کے صبر اور محنت نے اسے ترقی کرنے میں مدد دی۔
One day, Ali remembered the businessman’s advice and smiled. He finally understood that success does not always come through easy paths. Sometimes, the greatest opportunities come hidden inside our hardest challenges.
ایک دن علی کو اس کاروباری شخص کی نصیحت یاد آئی اور وہ مسکرا دیا۔ آخرکار، وہ سمجھ گیا کہ کامیابی ہمیشہ آسان راستوں سے نہیں ملتی۔ کبھی کبھی زندگی کے سب سے بڑے مواقع ہماری سب سے مشکل آزمائشوں میں چھپے ہوتے ہیں۔
The moral of the story: Never be afraid of hard work. The challenges you face today may become the opportunities that lead you to success tomorrow.
کہانی کا سبق: محنت سے کبھی نہ گھبراؤ۔ آج جن مشکلات کا تم سامنا کر رہے ہو، وہی کل تمہاری کامیابی کا ذریعہ بن سکتی ہیں۔
