Dont waiting for reply. Consider the request if possible...take care. ALLAH bless you ...Ameen.

    Answer:

Every day, there is something that happens, that can break me down, there are quarrels among people, there are egos of people who come into play, there are desires in me and around me, that say to me, "why not have this for your self", There are many things I wish to do that may be wrong, or just not what my MISSION is, so I have to fight with them, many times I loose, many times I win, It is what life is about I guess, One day I wake up to believe that I can do anything with the help of the almighty, and other days, I realize, I am nobody (which is the truth) .

The result is, that I think now, that life is not all about doing things for others, but a process to make ones own self better, not the physical part, but the soul, to purify it, and every single day is a test, which we wake up to, and are tested to make our soul stronger and purer, every single day.

If the almighty wanted to fix things around us, he can, as he is KUN fa YAQOON, but he lets us use these problems around us as an opportunity to become a better human being, and allows us to be pure as we can be.

  • HERE ARE FIVE ENERGY TOOLS TO USE TO CLEAR YOUR SPACE AND PREVENT ENERGY DRAINS WHILE RELEASING PEOPLE’S ENERGY:

Stay centered and grounded. If you are centered within your spiritual self (instead of your analyzer or ego) you will sense right away when something has moved into your space. If you are fully grounded, you can easily release other people’s energy and emotions down your grounding cord with your intention.

Be in a state of non-resistance. What we resists sticks. If you feel uncomfortable around a certain person or in a group, don’t go into resistance as a way to protect yourself as this will only keep foreign energy stuck in your space. Move into a state of non-resistance by imagining that your body is clear and translucent like clear glass or water. This way, if someone throws some invalidation at you, it will pass right through you.

Own your personal aura space. We each have an energetic aura surrounding our body. If we don’t own this personal space we are vulnerable to foreign energy entering it. Become aware of your aura boundaries (about an arms length away from your body all the way around, above and below) as a way to own your personal space.

Give yourself an energy cleanse. The color gold has a high vibration which is useful for clearing away foreign energy. Imagine a gold shower nozzle at the top of your aura (a few feet above your head) and turn it on, allowing clear gold energy to flow through your aura and body space and release down your grounding. You will immediately feel cleansed and refreshed.

Call back your energy. When we have our energy in our own space there is less room for other’s energy to enter. But as we focus on other people and projects we sometimes spread our energy around. Create an image of a clear gold sun several feet above your head and let it be a magnet, attracting all of your energy back into it (and purifying it in the gold energy). Then bring it down through the top of your aura and into your body space, releasing your energy back into your personal space.

  • In "The Revival of the Religious Sciences", Imam Al-Ghazali dedicates a significant portion to discussing the inner dimensions of spiritual life, including the practice of Murāqibah. According to Al-Ghazali, Murāqibah involves being constantly aware of Gods presence. It means that a believer should live with the understanding that Allah is always watching over him, which should guide his actions and thoughts.

    **Key Aspects Highlighted by Al-Ghazali:**

    1. **Awareness of Gods Presence**: The core of Murāqibah is to cultivate a state where one is always mindful of being in Allah’s presence, considering every act as if seeing Allah or being seen by Him.

    2. **Self-Examination and Accountability**: Al-Ghazali emphasizes the importance of regularly accounting for ones deeds and keeping track of one’s actions. This introspection helps in purifying the heart and refining ones character.

    3. **Controlling Thoughts**: He discusses controlling wandering thoughts that distract from remembrance of Allah. The focus should be on directing the mind towards constructive and spiritually beneficial thoughts.

    4. **Consistency in Practice**: The effectiveness of Murāqibah, as taught by Al-Ghazali, depends on its consistency. Daily practice is recommended to strengthen one’s spiritual awareness and connection with Allah.

    5. **Outcome of Murāqibah**: The ultimate goal of Murāqibah, according to Al-Ghazali, is to reach a state of Ihsan (perfection), where one worships Allah as if seeing Him, and though one sees Him not, indeed Allah sees him.

For a deeper understanding and practical guidance, reading specific chapters from Al-Ghazali’s work would be highly beneficial. You might consider obtaining a translation of "Ihya Ulum al-Din" that also includes commentary, as it would provide both the historical context and practical applications of Murāqibah as discussed by Al-Ghazali.

  • The Forty Rules of Love.

    1. **How we see God** is a direct reflection of how we see ourselves. If God brings to mind mostly fear and blame, it means there is mostly fear and blame within us.
    2. **The path to the Truth** is a labor of the heart, not of the head. Make your heart your primary guide, not your mind. Meet, challenge, and ultimately prevail over your nafs (ego) with your heart.
    3. **You can study God** through everything and everyone in the universe because God is not confined in a mosque, synagogue, or church. But if you are still in need of knowing where exactly His abode is, there is only one place to look for Him: in the heart of a true lover.
    4. **Intellect and love** are made of different materials. Intellect ties people in knots and risks nothing, but love dissolves all tangles and risks everything.
    5. **Most of the problems** of the world stem from linguistic mistakes and simple misunderstandings. Don’t ever take words at face value. When you step into the zone of love, language as we know it becomes obsolete. That which cannot be put into words can only be grasped through silence.
    6. **Loneliness and solitude** are two different things. When you are lonely, it is easy to delude yourself into believing that you are on the right path. Solitude is better for us, as it means being alone without feeling lonely.
    7. **Whatever happens in your life, no matter how troubling things might seem, do not enter the neighborhood of despair.** Even when all doors remain closed, God will open up a new path only for you. Be thankful!
    8. **Patience does not mean to passively endure.** It means to look at the end of a process. What does patience mean? It means to look at the thorn and see the rose, to look at the night and see the dawn. Impatience means to be shortsighted as to not be able to see the outcome.
    9. **East, west, south, or north** makes little difference. No matter what your destination, just be sure to make every journey a journey within. If you travel within, you’ll travel the whole wide world and beyond.
    10. **The midwife knows** that when there is no pain, the way for the baby cannot be opened, and the mother cannot give birth. Similarly, for a new Self to be born, hardship is necessary. Just as clay needs to go through intense heat to become strong, Love can only be perfected in pain.
    11. **The quest for love** changes user. There is no seeker among those who search for love who has not matured on the way.
    12. **There are more false guides** and teachers in this world than stars in the visible universe. Beware of impostors. And know that it is only real guidance that can lead you to the Love that you seek.
    13. **Not all suffering** is harmful. There are some that cleanse us and purify us, and there are some that drag us down and lead us into more darkness.
    14. **It is easy to love** a perfect God, unblemished and immaculate that He is. What is far more difficult is to love fellow human beings with all their imperfections and defects.
    15. **The true lover is** the one who can thrill you by kissing your forehead or smiling into your eyes or just staring into space.
    16. **Try not to resist the changes** which come your way. Instead, let life live through you. And do not worry that your life is turning upside down. How do you know that the side you are used to is better than the one to come?
    17. **Love is a travel.** All travelers whether they want or not are changed. No one can travel into Love and remain the same.
    18. **If you want to change the way others treat you**, you should first change the way you treat yourself. Unless you learn to love yourself, fully and sincerely, there is no way you can be loved.
    19. **Real filth is the one inside.** The rest simply washes off.
    20. **The whole universe is contained within a single human being – you.** Everything that you see around, including the things you might not be fond of and even the people you despise or abhor, is present within you in varying degrees. Therefore, do not look for Sheitan (Satan) outside yourself either. The devil is not an extraordinary force that attacks from outside. It is an ordinary voice within.
    21. **The world is like a snowy mountain** that echoes your voice. Whatever you speak, good or evil, will somehow come back to you. Therefore, if there is someone who harbors ill thoughts about you, saying similarly bad things about him will only make matters worse. You will be locked in a vicious circle of malevolent energy. Instead, for forty days and nights, say and think nice things about that person. Everything will be different at the end of the forty days.
    22. **The past is an interpretation.** The future is an illusion. The world does not move through time as if it were a straight line, proceeding from the past to the future. Instead, time moves through and within us, in endless spirals. Eternity does not mean infinite time but simply timelessness. If you want to experience eternal illumination, put the past and the future out of your mind and remain within the present moment.
    23. **Fate does not mean** that your life has been strictly predetermined. Therefore, to leave everything to fate and not actively contribute to the music of the universe is a sign of sheer ignorance.
    24. **Never forget that God is a meticulous clockmaker.** So precise is His order that everything on earth happens in its own time. Neither a minute late nor a minute early. And everything is created with a divine wisdom. We are all just like clocks, including our main springs. Therefore, be patient about your perplexities and wait for the unraveling of the mysteries of your life.
    25. **As long as we keep getting lost in our own desires,** fears, and worries, we will not be able to find the real self. Therefore, surrender to the flow of the rivers of life without any reservations.
    26. **The past is a distant shore, and the future is an imaginary horizon.** Only the present is real. Therefore, take heed to your present thoughts and actions, for they will become your destiny.
    27. **Suffering is not a punishment; it is a gift.** Within suffering is hidden mercy and blessings.
    28. **Be grateful to those who have hurt or wronged you**, for they have helped you learn about patience and compassion.
    29. **What is true of the individual will be tomorrow true of the whole nation.** If falsehood brings calamity to one person, it will be a greater evil for an entire people.
    30. **If you want to change the world**, you should first change yourself. Change and transformation start within, not outside.
    31. **Peace is not the absence of conflict but the presence of creative alternatives for responding to conflict** — alternatives to passive or aggressive responses, alternatives to violence.
    32. **The purpose of the existence of every person is to realize God within oneself.** It is the knowledge of this that brings enlightenment and peace to the soul.
    33. **Love is the water of life.** And a lover is a soul of fire! The universe turns differently when fire loves water.
    34. **When you love someone, there is no way you can distance yourself from the pain of the other.** When someone suffers, you too feel the pain. And if you can stay unaffected by the pain, that is not love.
    35. **The ultimate aim of life is to find the divine truth that lies within.** No matter what happens in life, you need to always seek the higher self within you.
    36. **All religious practices are meant to be only a means to an end.** They are merely our human ways of making the divine reality visible to our finite minds. However, it is not the outward appearance of religious practices that is important, but their inward essence.
    37. **Once you embark on the path of truth,** be prepared for both hardships and joy. They will be your inseparable companions.
    38. **You will learn to live through both sorrow and joy, like an empty bell which makes a sound only when it is hit.** The more you are pained, the more the instrument of your soul will be refined and the better you will be able to express yourself.
    39. **The true essence of love lies beyond words and expressions.** The more you try to express it, the more it will elude you. Words can only be symbols for the inexpressible truth.
    40. **When you come face-to-face with the real essence of love, you will no longer be searching for it.** For the search will become unnecessary, and you will be immersed in the divine truth of love.

These rules emphasize the themes of love, spirituality, and the inner journey, aligning with the teachings of Sufism and the spiritual bond between Rumi and Shams of Tabriz.
The Forty Rules of Love. 1. **How we see God** is a direct reflection of how we see ourselves.

  • According to Moulana Jalaluddin Rumi, the purpose of life is deeply spiritual and revolves around the concept of love and union with the Divine. Rumi believed that every soul is on a journey of returning to its source, which is God. This journey is driven by love, the central theme in much of Rumis poetry and teachings.

Rumi teaches that human life is a process of spiritual awakening and transformation. The trials, challenges, and experiences one encounters are meant to purify the soul and bring it closer to God. The purpose of life, then, is to recognize and nurture this divine love within oneself, to transcend the ego, and to experience a deep, mystical connection with God.

In essence, for Rumi, the purpose of life is to seek and realize this union with the Divine through love, self-awareness, and spiritual growth. This union is the ultimate goal, leading to a state of eternal peace and bliss.

  • In Islam, the concept of non-possessiveness and detachment from excessive materialism is emphasized through various principles that encourage believers to focus on spiritual growth, simplicity, and inner peace. Here are key teachings in Islam that reflect the practice of non-attachment to material possessions:

    ### 1. **Zuhd (Asceticism / Detachment)**
**Zuhd** refers to detachment from worldly possessions and pleasures. Islam encourages believers to live simply and avoid being overly attached to material wealth or luxuries. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) lived a life of modesty, demonstrating that true wealth lies in spiritual contentment and not in the accumulation of worldly goods.

    **Quranic reference**:
    > *"Know that the life of this world is only play and amusement, pomp and mutual boasting among you, and rivalry in respect of wealth and children..."* (Quran 57:20)

This verse highlights the temporary and distracting nature of materialism, reminding believers to focus on their spiritual development.

    ### 2. **Tawakkul (Trust in God)**
**Tawakkul** means placing complete trust in Allah and understanding that everything, including wealth and possessions, comes from Him. By relying on God rather than material things, Muslims can achieve inner peace and reduce their attachment to worldly possessions, knowing that their sustenance is divinely provided.

    **Quranic reference**:
    > *"And whosoever fears Allah… He will make a way for him to get out (from every difficulty). And He will provide him from (sources) he never could imagine..."* (Quran 65:2-3)

This verse encourages believers to place their trust in God rather than depending on material wealth for security.

    ### 3. **Charity (Zakat and Sadaqah)**
**Zakat** (obligatory charity) and **Sadaqah** (voluntary charity) are essential practices in Islam that teach believers to give part of their wealth to those in need. This act of giving reduces attachment to material possessions and fosters a sense of responsibility towards others.

    **Quranic reference**:
    > *"The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like a seed of grain that sprouts seven ears, with a hundred grains in every ear."* (Quran 2:261)

Charity is seen as a means to purify one’s wealth and soul, encouraging believers to avoid greed and materialism.

    ### 4. **Moderation (Wasatiyyah)**
Islam advocates for **Wasatiyyah**, which means living a balanced life. This principle encourages Muslims to avoid extremes, whether in spending or in accumulating wealth, and to live moderately without excess.

    **Quranic reference**:
    > *"And those who, when they spend, are neither extravagant nor stingy, but hold a medium (way) between those (extremes)."* (Quran 25:67)

The emphasis on moderation prevents wastefulness and unnecessary accumulation of possessions, aligning with the idea of living simply and focusing on what is essential.

    ### 5. **Gratitude (Shukr)**
**Shukr** is the practice of gratitude, which teaches Muslims to appreciate what they have rather than constantly seeking more. Gratitude fosters contentment and reduces the desire for excessive material gain, helping believers remain focused on their spiritual journey.

    **Quranic reference**:
    > *"If you are grateful, I will surely increase you [in favor]; but if you deny, indeed, My punishment is severe."* (Quran 14:7)

Through gratitude, Muslims learn to value what they have, avoiding greed and unnecessary attachment to material wealth.

    ---

    ### Conclusion:
Islam promotes a life of **detachment from material possessions**, encouraging believers to trust in Allah, live moderately, practice charity, and focus on spiritual growth. These teachings help Muslims find inner peace by reducing the attachment to worldly goods and fostering a mindset of simplicity, gratitude, and contentment.
