Many of her friends got involved..& her masoom sa status became a huge controversial issue...I was on one side.. n all her friends on the other side..They all made their useless efforts to convince me that I was Wrong.. But how could I be convinced..? since I already knew that I was actually WRONG Throughout whole conversation.. "Ali Syed" was the one who liked my every comment (yeah..my only strength :D) but he himself didnt comment anything.. That topic remained hot for a long time..but I stopped following it.. It was August 28... I logged in facebook n saw Alis msg..it was a very short.. really short... only 4 words sentence.. "Will Saira Marry Ali..? I got "Chup".. I didnt expect such short straight proposal in my dreams.. Let me copy paste my most memorable chat ever.. Ali Syed: Will Saira Marry Ali" Saira: Who is ALI? Ali Syed: Sairas to-be-husband Saira: In your Dreams..! Ali Syed: Saira Ali will now see all Dreams together forever n then our chats continued... he insisted me to meet.. n suddenly I became "mashriqi larki".. all my ammas lessons echoed n I said NO point blank

  • Suggestion to the government and Imran Khan (official)

In the name of Allah – the Most Gracious the Most Merciful
All Praise is for Allah – the Lord of the worlds
You only we worship and you only we ask for help

    To,
    The Respected Prime Minister
The Federal Ministers, the State Ministers and the Special Advisors to the PM
    Islamic Republic of Pakistan

    Assalam Alikum
Usage of Masaajid / Imambargah (& all other places of worship of all religions):
    1. Millions of Pakistanis have to go out of their homes to get drinking water.
    a. Masjid tank can be made the central point for them
    2. Central point for ration distribution and disbursement of money under the Ehsaas program
    3. Central place where the destitute can gather twice daily for meals
    4. Blood donation camp for thalassemia patients and others
    5. Central place for consultant doctors to meet their patients for advisory
    6. Namaz (ensuring Social distancing):
    a. Multiple jamaat may be conducted of small groups. Farz namaz may be prayed in Masjid, rest at home.

    ● Masaajid were never meant for namaz only.
o In Riyasat-e-Medina, Masjid was gathering point for deliberation & organizing of innumerable purposes
    ● Masjid is the place which EVERYONE would be willing to “serve”
o Many of us wont clean & sweep our own bedrooms, but we will even clean & sanitize the toilet of Masjid
    ● The way the LEAs are currently administering the roads and traffic, alternatively they can go inside the Masjid and assist the Masjid administration on social distancing and other matters
    ● There can be “SOPs” for usage of Masjid
o Whenever 2 or more people sit together in Masjid for discussion, they must sanitize that spot before leaving
o In case of non-compliance the whole community can conduct “social-banning” of such persons for a week
o In smaller localities, mostly, the Masjid Imam and Muazzan even know about the household of every person. The Imams and Muazzans can be trained & educated to:
    ▪ Teach their communities to conduct social distancing and other necessary cultured steps
    ▪ Distribute ration fairly and justly (under the direct control of LEA)

This is the time for the Ummat-e-Muslima to restart the actual and complete use of Masaajid.
Now is the time to use these places for EDUCATING mankind in ALL aspects of their lives
Masaajid were never meant only for namaz.

    As for Taraveeh
The Government can have all the Huffaz register and the interested households can have these Huffaz conduct taraveeh namaz at their homes. This way many more huffaz will get a chance to lead Taraveeh this year, In Sha Allah.

  • 13 Massive Predictions for “AI” in 2023

    1. Content is going to Change.
Right off the bat: AI makes it possible to create copious, voluminous amounts of content. You can use Jasper or WriteSonic or other tools and produce hundreds or thousands of articles per month. They make writing video scripts easier. They write social media posts for you. The amount of content being produced is going to increase exponentially. Like a hockey stick. If you thought there was a lot of content being produced now, just wait. What you’ve seen so far is just a grain of sand, but suddenly we’re going to look up and see an entire endless beach.

    2. That Change Will Be Good and Bad.
It’s going to be good for marketers and brands at the start. It’s also going to lead to abuse. You’ll see a drastic increase in junk content. Platforms aren’t going to like it and they are going to fight back. The AI Content Companies themselves are going to have to take self-correcting measures. This is true already: OpenAI is already working on a digital watermark functionality that prevents their content from turning into spam. The way that impacts the distribution of content generated from things like ChatGPT remains to be seen.

    3. Either way though, expect platforms to ban AI Generated Content.
Google already says they don’t allow AI Content for SEO stuff etc. But they also kind of admit they can’t track it. I was talking to a heavy hitter in the tech space yesterday (guy basically brought the QR Code to the US then Sold His Biz for 8 Figures, and this was many years ago), and he said it’s going to be hard for Google and other networks to keep up. But they definitely will be trying.

    4. Also, Google is Going to Be Under Immense Pressure.
A lot of people are already talking about the way OpenAI’s ChatGPT could replace search engines. It makes sense. Google’s Search has felt kind of broken to many of us for a while. In comparison, with ChatGPT, you just type in your question and get a good answer. There are some accuracy concerns, but it’s overall a way better experience.

Obviously this would not be good for Google. Roughly 57% of their Revenue comes from Search.

    5. One likely consequence of this is that you see Google rush out their own competitive "answers" to this stuff.
For example, their DeepMind AI. They have been keeping that fairly quiet, but expect that to change. OpenAI is putting immense market pressure on Google and that could very much benefit us as marketers and consumers.

    6. Speaking of search though, a second component of this people are talking about less is SEO.
With AI as it stands now, it’s way easier to manipulate search engine rankings. In other words, there are tools like ContentAtScale that can basically auto-generate long-form, SEO optimized content that is Google-Proof and that targets keywords with search volume but no competition.

Right now it’s a game-changer. What happens when everyone is doing this though? How do search results change? What does Google do? Do they affix “verified” websites to their top rankings? If they do that, it solves the problem but it also destroys the sort of “democratic” promise of Google, which is that anyone with great content that is accurate, helpful, and useful, can get visibility.

So in the short-term, Search Engine Optimization is going to be great. In the medium-to-long-term, Search Engine Optimization might go away entirely. But that would be bad for Google too.

    7. A LOT of People are Going to Be Out of a Job (Including Many Copywriters)
If I had to guess, I would say 80% of copywriters will be out of a job within 12 months. I’ll talk more about what I’m doing to make sure none of the copywriters in my communities are part of that 80% in a minute. But I feel pretty confident in that stat.

It’s not just copywriters though. Video Editors. Content Writers. Programmers. Voice Over Artists. Data Analysts. Designers. Graphic Artists.

AI can now create better than most “creatives” can. It’s only going to get better.

    8. A Lot of SaaS Companies are Going to be Screwed Too.
The services their software provides can now often be done for a fraction of the price. Call Centers are in the same boat.

    9. You’ll see an AI “Bubble” Get Created in Silicon Valley.
I already had this thought, then I was listening to the most recent episode of the All-In podcast yesterday and they were talking about it too. If you don’t know that podcast, it’s 4 extremely successful investors and venture capitalist who talk about various topics. But anyways, they were saying how all the VC Money is going to start flooding into startups that harness AI in various ways. This will lead to the aforementioned bubble. It won’t be a bubble because AI is not at an insane inflection point that will be revolutionary. It’ll be a bubble because VCs will invest wildly and blindly as they don’t want to miss out. FOMO is what will cause this bubble.

    10. Short Term is About Quantity. Medium-to-Long it Goes Back to Quality
One of the big pushbacks to all of the sea-changes with AI is a greater desire for authenticity. Getting verified will be more important than ever if you’re a marketer, brand, or public figure. Having your content verified as “human” will also become important. Quality will become more important than ever. This will happen in like 6-12 months most likely. So in the very short-term it’s a quantity game, then itll switch to a quality game.

    11. The “Experience Economy” Is Going to Get A Whole Bigger (And More Important)
The other longer-term shift you’ll see, that’ll really get going in 2023, is a desire for offline experiences.

So just like people will want to know content is authentic, and platforms will have a vested interest in stifling AI Content…people are going to increasingly look for authentic offline experiences. The “Experience Economy” is nothing new, but it’s going to become more important. People and brands that create and lead these experiences will be very, very valuable.

    12. Data is the New Oil.
This isn’t an original idea. I’ve heard it from many places over the last year, and they talked about it again during that All-In episode I mentioned previously. But it’s true. AI feeds on Data. There’s actually a “shortage” of data if you can believe that. One solution is “Synthetic Data” which is where companies essentially create fake but representative data to feed AI. But in general, if you’re doing a startup or a business, your data is your treasure. Don’t just have a website: build an app too.

    ---

This is just a handful of predictions.

OpenAI’s ChatGPT opened up Pandora’s Box. Financial markets are going to get wonky AF. Deepfakes are going to get more convincing.

    It’ll be weird.

    However…

    13. Ultimately, AI is About to Usher in an Unprecedented Era in Human Creativity and Productivity.
Things are about to go exponential. Not just quantities but scales. With AI you can produce 100x, 1000x the number of outputs you could prior. Used right, AI becomes an amazing tool for empowering us and letting us reach creative heights that were previously off-limits.

    ---

Okay and then lastly, what about copywriting?

    Here’s the deal with that:

It’s going to wipe-out all of the people who were in copywriting for the wrong reasons. So people who got in because they just wanted to make money. But it’s not going to wipe-out the people who are really obsessed with the craft (at least not for a while).

By using ChatGPT and other GPT3 Platforms you can eliminate the research time behind your copy drastically. You can even get bullet points, a sketch of your prospect, etc. That stuff is AWESOME. If you know what good copy looks like, understand the structure of copy, and understand how to put the pieces together…

AI should allow you to write copy in about 10% of the time it took you prior.

    So for example…

Pretty soon there’ll be no excuse not to write a sales letter within a day. Anything else will be you slacking.

For people who don’t really understand copy that well…or who kind of get it but haven’t really mastered the structure or the concepts…

Or who don’t really know all the important subtleties…

They’re going to miss the boat.

For those people who are always half-assing it or phoning it in…

AI Copywriting programs are already better than them.

In fact, I would say that AI Copywriting is already better than at least 80% of copywriters.

    But there’s a HUGE gap between 80% and 100%.

This actually creates a massive opportunity for copywriters who are really good. You’ll have less competition, but your skills will be in-demand as people want you to take an uncut and unpolished gem and transform it into a glistening diamond. It’ll be boom times for 20% (or maybe 10% of copywriters).

    Given all of this…

The way we are approaching it within the Copy Accelerator Ecosystem:

Genesis. Right now we’re focusing on getting our mentees to master the craft “manually.” So understanding good structure, understanding how to write great copy, and so forth. Then, within a few weeks to maybe a month at most, we’re going to start working in more AI and showing our members how to harness this for exponential output.

The reason we’re doing it that way is because if you don’t understand what good copy looks or how to write it or all the elements…jumping into AI is like giving a kid the codes to the nuclear suitcase. It’s not going to end well.

You need the foundational knowledge first, and then your growth and efficiency will be exponential from there.

For CA PRO: Luke, Mario, and I are working on a lot of really crazy strategies for harnessing AI right now. We’re going all-in on this. I would be shocked if we don’t have 100-200 employees in Arizona in the next six months. I’ll be pissed if we’re not doing 9 figures in revenue within 12 months of today.

We’re going to have unprecedented amounts of data that we can share with CA PRO members. Split-test wins. Angles. Hooks. Trends in the Market. For every niche imaginable.

We’re also pioneering new traffic generating strategies. I’m keeping all of this very close to the chest right now, but as we start getting results from all of the things we’re doing, CA PRO will be the first place we share stuff. I’d say timeline to start sharing insane stuff is 2-4 weeks max.

CA Labs: Stay Tuned 😉 - SPG Via Stefan Georgi

  • Transforming Pakistan with Affordable Technology: A Bold Step Towards a Prosperous Future
    By Rehan Allahwala

In the 1990s, Sweden did something revolutionary—they subsidized personal computers, putting technology into the hands of every citizen. This single decision sparked an innovation boom that turned Sweden into one of the world’s most advanced economies. Today, Pakistan has the opportunity to do something equally transformative, if not greater.

Imagine this: a Chromebook priced at just 6,000 rupees and accessible to every Pakistani through a government-backed program. What if the Ehsaas Program, banks, and the PTA came together to allow every citizen to purchase a Chromebook and a smartphone for as little as 1,000 rupees per month? This is not just about providing devices; it’s about empowering every Pakistani with tools to access knowledge, skills, and opportunities that could redefine their lives and the future of the nation.

    Why Technology Accessibility Matters

In today’s world, a device like a Chromebook or a smartphone is not just a gadget; it is a gateway to unlimited possibilities. With access to AI-powered tools and the internet, these devices can serve as:
    1. A Personal Tutor:
AI can bring world-class education to the doorstep of every home in Pakistan. From learning basic skills to mastering advanced technologies, students from rural areas to urban centers can bridge the education gap and compete on a global scale.
    2. A Business Coach:
Entrepreneurs can access free or affordable AI tools that guide them in planning, marketing, and managing their businesses. Imagine a street vendor improving sales strategies or a small shopkeeper expanding into e-commerce—these transformations are entirely possible.
    3. A Mentor for Every Pakistani:
AI-powered platforms like ChatGPT can answer questions, provide advice, and even act as a career counselor. Whether you’re a farmer looking to optimize crop yields or a student preparing for competitive exams, AI can be your constant guide.

How to Train a Nation on AI?

The best part about AI tools like ChatGPT is that they are self-teaching. Citizens don’t need complex training programs to master these tools. All we need is to teach them how to get started:
    • Mass Media Campaigns:
The government and private sector should launch nationwide campaigns through TV, radio, social media, and community centers. These campaigns should focus on showing people how to ask questions and use AI tools effectively. Simple examples like “How can I learn English in 30 days?” or “How can I start an online business?” can demonstrate the power of AI.
    • Repetition for Mastery:
Encourage people to use AI tools five times a day. Whether it’s asking for advice, learning something new, or solving daily problems, this repeated usage will naturally build expertise. When people use AI consistently, they will discover new possibilities on their own, becoming masters of its application without needing formal training.

This approach leverages the self-learning nature of AI, making it accessible to everyone—from a student in a village to a professional in a city.

    5x Growth: A Game-Changing Opportunity for Pakistan

If implemented correctly, this initiative could revolutionize Pakistan’s economy in an unprecedented way. With a per capita income of approximately $1,000 per year today and a GDP of $376 billion, leveraging AI could push these numbers to extraordinary heights.

    Here’s how:
    • By making AI tools accessible to every Pakistani and embedding their usage into daily life, we can unlock an explosion of productivity.
    • People will be more skilled, businesses more efficient, and opportunities for income generation will multiply.

If an advertising campaign is carried out, emphasizing the benefits of AI and encouraging its usage five times a day, we can grow our per capita income to $5,000 a year within just 12 months. This means a total GDP increase from $376 billion to nearly $1.88 trillion!

    A Call for Collective Action

Since the potential economic impact of this initiative is almost $1 trillion, I urge the government, private sector, NGOs, philanthropists, and media to come together and invest at least a few billion dollars to achieve this goal. This is a once-in-a-lifetime golden opportunity for our nation to leapfrog forward, leaving behind the mistakes and problems of the past 75 years.

We are not talking about small incremental changes but a massive leap forward. By combining affordable technology, AI-powered tools, and consistent daily use, we can empower every Pakistani and unlock their true potential.

The Ripple Effect of Digital Inclusion

When every Pakistani has access to AI, the entire ecosystem will transform. Here’s how:
    • Economic Growth:
Millions of Pakistanis can start online businesses, access freelance opportunities, and contribute to the digital economy.
    • Improved Education:
Children in underserved areas will have access to the same quality of education as those in elite schools, leveling the playing field.
    • Empowered Workforce:
Young adults can learn new skills, from coding to graphic design, without ever stepping into a classroom, making them globally competitive.
    • Informed Citizens:
With access to knowledge and tools, Pakistanis can make better decisions, whether it’s about health, agriculture, or governance.

The Time to Act is Now

Pakistan stands at a crossroads. The world is moving towards AI-powered economies, and we cannot afford to be left behind. This is not just about providing laptops or phones; it’s about showing people how to ask the right questions, repeat their usage, and let AI empower them naturally.

With a well-executed advertising campaign and consistent daily use, we can turn this vision into reality, growing our economy fivefold in a year. This is our golden chance to redefine our future, for ourselves and for generations to come.

The time to act is now. Let’s take this bold step together.

  • Theres a new gold rush in SaaS and it’s happening now. Heres the new AI playbook for building SaaS startups to $5M in ARR (with 5 FTEs):

Take a legacy SaaS tool, add a layer of AI, slash the price and run it lean.

The founders who do this will cause MAJOR DISRUPTIONS next year.

Heres the 9 steps to follow:

    1. Find a legacy SaaS app with the following characteristics:

    - Workflow automation, business process management, customer engagement
    - Preferably in a market niche
    - High Margin/Expensive

    2. Find a way to inject AI:

    - Improve data collection using AI
    - Automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows
    - Enhance personalization, improve analytics, enable predictive decision making
    - Identify new revenue opportunities using customer data
    - Automate mundane tasks using RPA or better information extraction

    3. Build the app in weeks

    - Use rapid app development environment or AI code generators to create your app in weeks not months
    - I recently caught up with Jason Masciarelli from Pega Launchpad. Sounds like a terrific opportunity to cut down on dev time and cost to build a workflow automation tool.

    4. Innovate on Pricing

    - Significantly lower SaaS pricing
    - Explore usage based pricing or outcome based pricing

    5. Content and Thought Leadership

    - Position your app as a modern and efficient market substitute to legacy apps
    - Highlight the AI related optimizations and demonstrate
    - Mention the lower price and it’s impact on ROI
    - Ensure your buyers are receiving your content on Linkedin

    6. Design efficient GTM

    - Don’t plan on hiring an enterprise sales team
    - Consider self serve GTM
    - Get early customers via Linkedin content and prior relationships

    7. Don’t hire a large Support or CS team

    - Use as much automation as possible for support and CS
    - Try to serve 1000+ paid accounts with just 1 support staff
    - Say NO to revenues that dont fit your initial business model

    8. Org Design

    - Keep the team as small as you can
    - Don’t hire any VPs or senior folks for a long time
    - Hire a lot of fractional contractors, advisors or ICs

    9. Capitalization

    - Bootstrap if you can, but you don’t have to
    - If you raise capital, find investors that care about efficiency and small exits
    - Do not take on the burden of large exit until you know that’s possible
    - Prioritize revenues. Pursue lean and profitable growth strategies

By executing on this playbook, you could achieve a few million in revenue profitably with a lean team (<5 FTEs) in a year or two and possibly even an acquisition offer from a legacy app vendor.

If you choose to scale further, you will have the option to secure a large investment from a growth fund to embark on your journey to scale at your terms.

There's a new gold rush in SaaS and it’s happening now. Here's the new AI playbook for building SaaS startups to $5M in ARR (with 5 FTEs): Take a legacy SaaS tool, add a layer of AI, slash the price and run it lean.
