Prophet Musa (peace be upon him) is one of the greatest prophets of Allah. His remarkable story teaches us powerful lessons about faith, courage, patience, justice, and trust in Allah. His life is described in several chapters of the Holy Quran, and his story continues to inspire Muslims around the world.
Prophet Musa (AS) was sent by Allah to guide Pharaoh and the Children of Israel. Pharaoh was a cruel and arrogant ruler who oppressed the Children of Israel and refused to believe in Allah. Allah chose Musa (AS) to deliver His message and lead his people away from oppression.
When Musa (AS) was a baby, his mother placed him in a basket in the river to protect him from Pharaoh's persecution. By Allah's plan, he was found by Pharaoh's household and grew up in the palace. Allah later reunited him with his mother, showing that His wisdom and protection are greater than any human plan.
As Musa (AS) grew older, Allah chose him as a prophet and gave him important miracles. One of the most remarkable miracles was when his staff turned into a serpent by Allah's permission. Allah also gave him other signs to show Pharaoh the truth. However, Pharaoh remained proud and refused to accept Allah's message.
Allah commanded Musa (AS) to lead the Children of Israel out of Egypt. When Pharaoh and his army pursued them, the people faced what seemed to be an impossible situation at the sea. Musa (AS) trusted Allah, and Allah commanded him to strike the sea with his staff. The sea parted by Allah's permission, allowing Musa (AS) and his people to cross safely. Pharaoh and his army were overwhelmed by the sea.
Prophet Musa (AS) also received the Torah from Allah. His story reminds us that Allah guides His messengers and supports those who remain faithful to Him. Musa (AS) worked alongside his brother Harun (AS), teaching us the importance of family support, cooperation, and helping one another in the service of good.
There are many valuable lessons in the life of Prophet Musa (AS). We learn to remain patient during difficult times, stand up against injustice, speak the truth with courage, and never lose hope in Allah's mercy. His story teaches us that even when a situation appears impossible, Allah can open a way forward.
As Muslims, we should learn about the prophets, understand the lessons in their stories, and apply those lessons in our daily lives. We should be truthful, kind, brave, patient, and grateful to Allah for His blessings.
**Conclusion:** The story of Prophet Musa (AS) is a timeless reminder that truth is greater than falsehood, faith is stronger than fear, and Allah's help can come when we least expect it. May Allah guide us to follow the teachings of His prophets, strengthen our faith, and help us live with patience, courage, and kindness. Ameen.

  • Is there a lawyer here ? Can you answer my friend about the following:

Is Pakistani legal stuff based on english common law? I suspect india is and I know that Pakistan broke away from india but I dont know what they did with respect to their legal system

Pakistani law is based upon the legal system of British India; thus ultimately on the common law of England and Wales. -- that means that its similar but not identical to what I am learning now, and what I have learned since I started law as a hobby in 1992 which means it might be possible for me to do some introductory level law classes for your school. it would by no means by anything overly complex but like law for business owners or whtaever it would take a good amount of research on my part though to learn the differences between there and here. near as I can tell there are 3 basic legal systems globally. common law (from the UK), civil law (from ancient rome) and sharia law (from either the quoran or muhammeds other writings I am unsure where exactly it comes from)

I know jewish law is also different, its based on the torah as its superceding law and then laws of man but am unsure which type of legal system they have. and I suspect there are other smaller localized legal systems elsewhere in the world. but those are the 3 biggest

I do not know much about sharia law but I do know that it varies greatly from place to place, ruler to ruler. Iran for example lets women work but some other places think of that as a sin. This makes it harder to research because a change in rulers can potentially change a lot of definitions.

  • Once upon a time, there lived a King who, despite his luxurious lifestyle, was neither happy nor contended.

One day, the King came upon a servant who was singing happily while he worked. This fascinated the King; why was he, the Supreme Ruler of the Land, unhappy and gloomy, while a lowly servant had so much joy?

The King asked the servant, Why are you so happy?

The man replied, Your Majesty, I am nothing but a servant, but my family and I dont need too much just a roof over our heads and warm food to fill our tummies.

The king sought the advice of his most trusted adviser. After hearing the story, the adviser said, Your Majesty, the servant has not yet joined "The 99 Club".

The 99 Club? And what is that? the King inquired.

The adviser replied, To truly know what The 99 Club is, just place 99 Gold coins in a bag and leave it at this servants doorstep.

When the servant saw the bag, he let out a great shout of joy... so many gold coins. He began to count them. After several counts, he was at last convinced that there were only 99 coins.

He wondered, What couldve happened to that last gold coin? Surely, no one would leave 99 coins!

He looked everywhere he could, but that final coin was elusive. Finally he decided that he was going to work harder than ever to earn that 100th gold coin.

From that day, the servant was a changed man. He was overworked, grumpy, and blamed his family for not helping him make that 100th gold coin.

And he had stopped singing while he worked.

Witnessing this drastic transformation, the King was puzzled. The adviser said, Your Majesty, the servant has now officially joined The 99 Club.

He continued, The 99 Club is a name given to those people who have enough to be happy but are never contended, because theyre always wanting that extra 1, saying to themselves:

"Let me get that one final thing and then I will be happy for life."

We can be happy with very little in our lives, but the minute were given something bigger and better, we want more ...and even more! We lose our sleep, our happiness, all these as the price for our growing needs and desires.

    Thats "The 99 Club"...

  • Peace and blessings be upon you.

I have commented on your post concerning condition of our country but it could escape from your eyes there so I am sending it here as well. Kindly, ponder over it.

3 things indicating the root of destruction and the solution are as follows:

    1. According to Prophet (Peace and Blessings be upon Him) rulers are like the masses. Hence, root of destruction is the public of Pakistan. Most of the people are lier, selfish and lost! Result= lier, corrupt, selfish rulers.

    2. Allah doesnt change the condition of the people unless they change their selves! If we truly want to see beauty around us we must be ready to fix what inside of us is. We must follow the Master!

    3. Quickest "Solution" is "Abondonment of Lying". A child or an illiterate person can easily understand this lesson "do not lie". Start campaign, "stop lying". Once a person asked Beloved Prophet that which one sin he should leave of all (including drinking and adultary) he was doing, Prophet asked him to stop lying. We can learn from wisdom that the root of evil of the masses is "falsehood". If it is eliminated, all evil would consequently diminish.

In essence, for true leadership and a peaceful state we need likewise masses, and "TRUTH" is the key, the first step towards the change of the masses.

I truly respect your effort for the economic upbringing of the nation but alongwith this your nation needs "character building", more voices like that of "YOUTH CLUB" who call them back to their Creator, the real Lover, and His Prophet, the real Standard!

Otherwise, we see the countries with huge economic success but there is not ultimate justice and no end to poverty. America too has homeless people. World economic giants are exploiting the poor. What is the use of such richness! On contrary, we have seen the era in Islamic history where there were no poor people liable to take Zakat in the city.

Allama Iqbal recalled the Secret of the Success of the Nation:

سبق پھر پڑھ صداقت کا، عدالت کا، شجاعت کا
لیا جاۓ گا تجھ سے کام دنیا کی امامت کا

  • The Paradox of the Court.

A king, who was known for his wisdom and justice, decided to hold a court in which he would judge all the people of his kingdom. He then sent messengers throughout the land, summoning all the people to come and hear the verdict. On the day of the court, a large crowd gathered in the kings palace.

The king then entered the room, took his seat on the throne, and declared: "I have called you all here today to judge me." The people were confused and asked the king how they could judge him, since he was the one who was supposed to judge them. The king replied: "I am the king and the judge, but I have done wrong. I have sinned and I must be judged by my people. If any of you can prove my guilt, I will resign from my throne and surrender my power."

The people were stunned and didnt know what to do. Nobody wanted to be the one to judge the king and accuse him of wrongdoing. Suddenly, a young boy stepped forward and said: "I will judge you, O king." The king asked the boy how he would judge him, and the boy replied: "I will judge you by asking you a question." The king agreed.

The boy then asked the king: "Where is the king?" The king replied: "I am the king." The boy then said: "Then you are guilty, for the king must always be in his kingdom, ruling and protecting his people. But you have left your kingdom and come here to be judged. Therefore, you are guilty and must resign from your throne."

The story is often interpreted as a philosophical puzzle or paradox, with the boys question serving as a test of the kings wisdom and justice. It is also used as a lesson about the importance of always being mindful of ones duties and responsibilities as a ruler.
