  • Note from Tsuyoshi Komada Japan

I think of the follows to succeed on YouTube.
Characteristics of those who fail on YouTube:
    1. Insufficient quantity of video supply
    2. No demand
    3. Poor quality
    4. Lack of authority or expertise
    5. High pride
    The solution:
    1. Make high-quality videos that would be good for the world and upload them twice a week.
    2. Examine needs which you try to do and the market scale, set your target. You can examine needs to analyze successful people in fields where you try to do.
    3. Check sound volume, whether viewers are comfortable and whether there is an unpleasant scene.
    4. Compete in fields where you have authority and speciality. Its also okay to provide your experience including what youre learning now and experience of getting out of a bad company, overcoming a sickness and so on. In a word, you have a authority or speciality in the fields.
    5. YouTube has a lot of people who imitate and succeed. YouTubers threw away their pride tend to be more successful on YouTube. Therefore, high pride gets in the way.
Conclusion, to succeed on YouTube, I think we have to make, imitate or improve more quality video than that ot current successful people.

  • Name 10 pakistani youtubers who have earned over 1 million dollars

    Chatgpt:

It is difficult to accurately estimate the earnings of YouTubers, as their income comes from various sources, such as ad revenue, sponsorships, merchandise sales, and other business ventures. Moreover, YouTubers earnings are generally not disclosed publicly. However, I can provide a list of some popular Pakistani YouTubers who may have earned a significant income from their channels. • TikTok got banned. Congrats!
Tomorrow there will be some other apps.
The day after tomorrow there will be YouTube . After that there will be Facebook and the list goes on and on.
Do you really think ban culture is the solution? Have you really forgotten what happened in 2008? Yess! YouTube got banned because of "Non-Islamic Content". What happened afterwards. Those contents still available there(more than that). But now no one has a problem with that. But what about the loss, Pakistani YouTubers had faced, because of this. Now YouTube is saturated with Indian YouTubers, and Pakistanis have nowhere to compare. Do you really think "immoral" content is available only on TikTok? Not on YouTube , Facebook, Instagram. Those who are critizing TikTokers, dont know the basic rule of commerce. Its supply and demand. The supply is cringe because it has a huge demand. How do you think one TikToker got 10M followers? Because these people were creating demand in the first place. Reality is that every platform has negative and immoral content. All you have to do is to learn how to deal with it. Its all about discipline. If you have discipline you can use every platform positively.
Now many people would say that TikTok only has immoral and unethical content nothing is useful. Why do you watch memes and funny stuff. For fun, right? So people use it for fun(I guess). This stereotype is useless that all TikTokers have gender issues(kidding). I am listing some of the famous Hollywood Celebrities probably you are a big fan of them. Arnold Schwarzenegger
Will Smith Camila Cabello Dwayne The Rock Johnson Nick Jonas Ellie Goulding Justin Bieber Ed Sheeran Sean Paul Ariana Grande Noah Schnapp and many more... They are all very famous on Tiktok. What do you think about them?
If people are really disciplined they will never create a demand for cringe content. Those who are praising government for this ban were crying literally when Pubg got banned. If TikTok has no use other than fun and business, what is the use of Pubg then? Those who were earning from TikTok will still earn but not from Pakistan from other country and that country will take tax from their earnings which Pakistan would take. Many businesses were approaching TikTokers for influence marketing. There was a big business opportunity for Pakistan. Now all in vain . Once again Congrats!

PS : I have never used TikTok in my life so do PUBG but I was against Pubg ban and so I am against TikTok ban.

  • A bootstrapped $20M ARR founder (who hit that in under 3 years!) shared these thought-provoking points on LinkedIn today about selling. Worth a read, so I’m amplifying.

    He said:

“99% of salespeople are wrong about what a real $1M+/year seller looks like.

The next generation of 7-figure sellers are YouTubers.

    Here’s why:

    1) We’re moving into a sales world where the best “influencers” will have incredible power.

AI will increase the amount of content created by a factor of 100x over the next several years.

Fewer voices will break through, but those who do will break through so spectacularly because we will crave authenticity and perspective that great thought leaders bring.

The POV that the leader brings is what makes great content.

    AI doesn’t have perspective.

    2) Nobody on social understands how powerful video is.

(Except Julia McCoy. Okay, my words. Not his. )

The talking head itself is completely hypnotic.

Anybody who says anything even semi-intelligent and can get people watching them talk every day and will have a power over their audience that text simply cannot create.

It’s a weakness that we have as humans.

    3) “Influencer Selling” is infinitely more capital efficient than sales teams.

Whether it be with founder brand or a non-founder becoming an influencer, you can create and capture WAY more demand with WAY less time and energy than a traditional marketing and sales motion.

That’s in addition to the insane top-of-funnel awareness you create for you and your company.

    4) Building community and brand through video is an incredibly powerful skill.

This is MOST VALUABLE thing any company can be doing over the next decade: community and brand.

These are the only two moats that exist in a world where competitors can ask ChatGPT to copy your entire website and product and spit it out in 5 minutes.

    5) Sales teams will have 5% of the headcount, 50x the overall follower count.

Assembling and managing a sales team will be more like putting together a team of elite athletes.

But, unlike sports, there isn’t a fixed amount of players that can be on the field. I think we’re going to see some crazy new playbooks built during the next VC bubble.

    TAKEAWAY:

The next generation of $1M W2 sellers wont follow the SDR to AE path.

They’ll be YouTubers who decide they want to make REAL money.

When this happens, sales teams are going to get smaller.

    But much, much more powerful.

Want to be a “super-rep” paid millions?

    Start sharpening your video skills.”

This came from Adam Robinson, CEO of Retention dot com.

Basically - influencing through video and content creating IS the new selling.

It has way lower cost, way higher ROI, than almost any other tactic.

I started using video to sell 5 years ago. I was mindblown when I saw that I could record a really great video sharing my heart and soul, send that off in a sales page with my product, and earn allll dayyy.

Today, I see this being more valuable than ever. Education builds. Influence sells.

That’s why 99% of my work in 2024 for the companies I’m building with my partner will include me simply cranking out content like a machine.

We just launched a new podcast - Future Tense: An AI Show. Getting processed to go on iTunes, Spotify, and all the platforms now.

Today, I got my team all set on a strategy to also turn EACH and every episode into an SEO blog for our site with our own amazing AI writer, Content at Scale.

That’s on top of 5 blogs going out per DAY already to build up our sites getting 5-700,000 monthly uniques organically.

You might as well call my role Content Creator, not President.

It’s going to be a key focus for me.

    Because more than ever..

    Real, authentic, valuable, GOOD…
    Content. To. The. Masses.
    Pays.
    Off.
