• This spotlight shows Maria’s honest transformation: from someone with no interest in teaching to someone who is now reshaped by AI-first education — facing fears, building confidence, and dreaming of bigger impact.

    Teacher Spotlight: Maria ImpactWali

    Facilitator, Rehan School Chichawatni, Punjab

From Biochemistry Graduate to Lifelong Learner

My name is Maria Arshad, and I am from Chichawatni, Punjab. I completed my B.Sc. in Biochemistry. To be honest, I never had any interest in teaching. But sometimes life opens doors that we never planned to walk through — and one of those doors was Rehan School.

    Discovering Rehan School

In the last months of 2023, I came across a video of Sir Rehan Allahwala on YouTube. His words struck me deeply, and on 16th March 2024, I decided to join Rehan School.

From the very beginning, it felt magical — like a miracle I cannot fully describe in words.

    First Impressions

This was not a school I had ever seen before. There were no heavy books, no memorization, no dull classrooms. Instead, it was a place of confidence, technology, and transformation.

    Challenges Along the Way

The hardest part for me was not learning AI or internet tools — it was facing the camera, using my real profile picture, going live, and making my social media account public.

Overcoming this fear was my biggest challenge.

    My Role Here

At Rehan School, I don’t feel like a “teacher” in the traditional sense. Instead, I feel like a student and learner every single day. I grow with my students. I improve my personal development in ways that feel almost magical.

    Using AI and the Internet

Today, AI and the internet are part of everything I do — researching, guiding others, solving tasks, and even exploring personal growth. It has become second nature to me.

    Proud Moments

Every single day at Rehan School feels like a proud moment. Watching children grow in confidence and seeing myself change alongside them makes me proud of being part of this ecosystem.

    Personal Transformation

Working here has totally changed me — my mindset, my confidence, my inner personality. The transformation feels magical.

    Why Rehan School is Unique

Because it is the world’s first AI- and internet-based school system. It is not just different — it is a revolution in education.

    Dreams for the Future
    • For my students (5 years): To see them become leaders and entrepreneurs, proving that Sir Rehan’s dream can come true soon, InshaAllah.
    • For myself (10 years): I want to do something big, unique, and impactful for others. I am still searching and fighting my inner self to find clarity, but I know the path lies in creating positive change.

    In One Sentence

“Rehan School is a life-changing ecosystem for everyone.”

  • Global Friend Spotlight: Christer Edman from Sweden

Professional Coach, Entrepreneur, and Mentor to Rehan School Students

A Long Friendship with Rehan School

I first came into contact with Rehan Allahwala on September 6, 2012. The first thing I noticed was his passion — especially for the people of Pakistan and his determination to help them learn English by connecting with people from other countries.

Over the last four years, our collaboration has deepened. I have been invited to international conferences as a guest speaker, and in the last three years, I have been interviewed by hundreds of Rehan School students, teachers, and principals.

The difference I have seen in them is remarkable. Especially since the launch of the first Rehan AI School, I have witnessed a totally new way of building students’ self-confidence, discovering their unique skills, and nurturing their talents.

The idea of adding Wala or Wali to their chosen field of passion was simply brilliant. It makes them instantly recognizable and gives them a clear identity. Some students have interviewed me more than once — and to see their growth in just a year has been amazing.

A Message to Students and Teachers

To all students and teachers who may sometimes struggle with schoolwork or preparing classes, I want to say: nothing with a lasting impact comes easy.

We all go through resistance and moments of doubt. That is part of growth. If you need encouragement, don’t stay silent — reach out, share your fears, and ask for help. You will find that most people genuinely want to support you.

Never give up. Even when you feel afraid, challenge yourself, step beyond your comfort zone, and stay curious.

Remember: abundance is a mindset and a choice. Get to know yourself. Learn to reflect. Express yourself in ways that feel authentic. True success is built on self-leadership, guided by your own values.

    My Personal Journey

I am 66 years old, and I am married to a wonderful Pakistani woman. Together, we are now working side by side, building bridges across cultures.

My own journey has been shaped by curiosity and hard work. My first job was at age 12 as a babysitter. From there I worked as:
    • Errand boy
    • Bookstore helper
    • Restaurant staff
    • Farmhand
    • Car demolisher
    • Fashion warehouse worker
    • Delivery staff
    • Computer and electronics worker
    • Warehouse manager
    • Purchaser
    • Logistics manager
    • Teacher
    • IT specialist
    • Business developer
    • Project manager
    • Supervisor
    • Job coach

In 1987, I certified as a professional coach, and since then I have also been an entrepreneur. In every job, I have worked like an intrapreneur — always seeking better, more efficient ways to improve systems and processes.

I have traveled to more than 30 countries, lived in Argentina for a year and a half, and studied more than 20 different courses across disciplines that matched my interests.

    Why Rehan School Matters

In all my travels and professional experience, I have rarely seen a model as unique as Rehan School. Here, children are not only students — they are leaders in training. They are unlearning the old, embracing the new, and preparing for a future where their skills, values, and confidence matter more than memorized degrees.

That is why I am proud to be part of this journey — as a mentor, as a friend, and now as family.

  • Spotlight: Rubab EducationWali

    Vice Principal, Rehan School

The Day I Learned to Unlearn

“The day I learned to unlearn, my entire life changed — and that’s when Rehan School became my destiny.”

I am Rubab Fatima, proudly from Karachi, Pakistan, and today I serve as Vice Principal at Rehan School.
But my story is not only about a career shift. It is about stepping out of the comfort zone, entering the learning zone, and discovering the courage to embrace the future.

    My Roots in Education

Though my formal degree is a Master’s in International Relations, my real education began at home. Both my parents were educators, and our home was filled with books, lessons, and mentorship. From childhood, I absorbed the idea that teaching is not just a profession — it is a mission.

That upbringing shaped me into an educator who does not merely deliver lessons, but who strives to nurture confidence, creativity, and courage in every student.

“Education is not about memorization; it is about transformation. I discovered this truth by living it.”

Discovering Rehan School: A Defining Moment

Like many professionals, I was exploring my next step when I stumbled upon a job posting for Rehan School on Indeed. I applied out of curiosity. But when I researched further, I quickly realized this was no ordinary school.

Nothing, however, prepared me for my first meeting with Sir Rehan Allahwala.
That single conversation changed my perspective.

“In one discussion, I realized this was not a school — it was a revolution. A mission to empower a generation with AI, entrepreneurship, and confidence.”

From that day, I knew my journey was tied to this vision.

    First Impressions That Changed Everything

Walking into Rehan School for the first time, I was amazed.

The studio-style classrooms, startup culture, the absence of heavy textbooks — everything broke the mold of traditional schooling.

“For the first time in my life, I saw a school built not to preserve the past — but to design the future.”

    The Power of Unlearning

At first, I struggled to grasp this system. Then came the turning point.

In one session, Sir Rehan lifted a glass filled with water and explained: unless we empty our minds of outdated methods, we cannot make space for new knowledge.

That simple demonstration reshaped my mindset forever.

“The day I learned to unlearn, I stopped fearing change. Every challenge became a source of strength.”

A Day in the Life at Rehan School

Every day here feels like a workshop for future leaders:
    TEDx-style talks that build confidence
    Coding sessions that ignite innovation
AI interviews that prepare students for real-world challenges
    Canva storytelling that amplifies creativity
Morning meditation & Osoji (cleaning) that teach humility and discipline

“At Rehan School, the classroom feels less like a lecture hall — and more like a launchpad for tomorrow’s entrepreneurs.”

    Stories That Inspire Me

One unforgettable moment was seeing our students not only interning at real companies, but also mentoring others — sometimes 8 to 16 at a time.

“It was then I realized: our students are not the leaders of tomorrow. They are leaders today.”

Their energy often feels supernatural. I sometimes say: “ye mujhy jinn ki tarha lagtay hain” — because they never tire, never hesitate, and no matter how much responsibility you give, they remain resilient.

    My Own Transformation

Rehan School has not only transformed students — it has transformed me.

From comfort zone to learning zone, from theory to practice, from ego to humility. Osoji taught me the beauty of service. Podcasts and global conversations connected me with people worldwide, making every dialogue a classroom of wisdom.

“Every conversation became a classroom. Every human connection became a source of wisdom.”

Why Rehan School is Unlike Any Other

Rehan School unites what the world usually keeps apart:
    • Education + Earning
    • AI + Human Mentorship
    • Confidence + Global Opportunities

It is not just a school.
It is a startup factory, a leadership incubator, and a life-training hub.

And that is why I believe in our vision:

“Har baccha kamaay ga aik lakh mahana.”
Every child will earn one lakh rupees a month.

And I know it is possible — because I see it happening every day.

    My Dreams

For my students: I dream of them becoming financially independent innovators, bold communicators, and job creators who uplift entire communities.
For myself: In the next decade, I aspire to become a global education leader, guiding millions of students and teachers worldwide to embrace AI-first learning and reshape the future.

    My Journey in One Sentence

“Rehan School is where dreams meet technology — and where ordinary students rise to become extraordinary leaders.”

Rehan School is not a classroom — it is a launchpad.

If you are an educator, student, or parent who believes in a better future, I invite you to join this mission with us. Because the future of education is already here — and together, we can build it.
🌟 Spotlight: Rubab EducationWali Vice Principal, Rehan School ⸻ The Day I Learned to Unlearn “The day I learned to unlearn, my entire life changed — and that’s when Rehan School became my destiny.” I am Rubab Fatima, proudly from Karachi, Pakistan, and today I serve as Vice Principal at Rehan School. But my story is not only about a career shift. It is about stepping out of the comfort zone, entering the learning zone, and discovering the courage to embrace the future. ⸻ My Roots in Education Though my formal degree is a Master’s in International Relations, my real education began at home. I discovered this truth by living it.” ⸻ Discovering Rehan School: A Defining Moment Like many professionals, I was exploring my next step when I stumbled upon a job posting for Rehan School on Indeed. I applied out of curiosity. But when I researched further, I quickly realized this was no ordinary school. Nothing, however, prepared me for my first meeting with Sir Rehan Allahwala. That single conversation changed my perspective. “In one discussion, I realized this was not a school — it was a revolution. A mission to empower a generation with AI, entrepreneurship, and confidence.” From that day, I knew my journey was tied to this vision. ⸻ First Impressions That Changed Everything Walking into Rehan School for the first time, I was amazed. The studio-style classrooms, startup culture, the absence of heavy textbooks — everything broke the mold of traditional schooling. “For the first time in my life, I saw a school built not to preserve the past — but to design the future.” ⸻ The Power of Unlearning At first, I struggled to grasp this system. Every challenge became a source of strength.” ⸻ A Day in the Life at Rehan School Every day here feels like a workshop for future leaders: • 🎤 TEDx-style talks that build confidence • 💻 Coding sessions that ignite innovation • 🤖 AI interviews that prepare students for real-world challenges • 🎨 Canva storytelling that amplifies creativity • 🌿 Morning meditation & Osoji (cleaning) that teach humility and discipline “At Rehan School, the classroom feels less like a lecture hall — and more like a launchpad for tomorrow’s entrepreneurs.” ⸻ Stories That Inspire Me One unforgettable moment was seeing our students not only interning at real companies, but also mentoring others — sometimes 8 to 16 at a time. “It was then I realized: our students are not the leaders of tomorrow. They are leaders today.” Their energy often feels supernatural. I sometimes say: “ye mujhy jinn ki tarha lagtay hain” — because they never tire, never hesitate, and no matter how much responsibility you give, they remain resilient. ⸻ My Own Transformation Rehan School has not only transformed students — it has transformed me. From comfort zone to learning zone, from theory to practice, from ego to humility. Osoji taught me the beauty of service. Podcasts and global conversations connected me with people worldwide, making every dialogue a classroom of wisdom. “Every conversation became a classroom. Every human connection became a source of wisdom.” ⸻ Why Rehan School is Unlike Any Other Rehan School unites what the world usually keeps apart: • Education + Earning • AI + Human Mentorship • Confidence + Global Opportunities It is not just a school. It is a startup factory, a leadership incubator, and a life-training hub. And that is why I believe in our vision: “Har baccha kamaay ga aik lakh mahana.” Every child will earn one lakh rupees a month. And I know it is possible — because I see it happening every day. ⸻ My Dreams ✨ For my students: I dream of them becoming financially independent innovators, bold communicators, and job creators who uplift entire communities. ✨ For myself: In the next decade, I aspire to become a global education leader, guiding millions of students and teachers worldwide to embrace AI-first learning and reshape the future. ⸻ My Journey in One Sentence “Rehan School is where dreams meet technology — and where ordinary students rise to become extraordinary leaders.” Rehan School is not a classroom — it is a launchpad. 👉 If you are an educator, student, or parent who believes in a better future, I invite you to join this mission with us. Because the future of education is already here — and together, we can build it.
