Implementing such a system can have multiple benefits, including: - **Promotion of Civic Responsibility**: Encouraging citizens to be more responsible and respectful of public spaces. - **Environmental Conservation**: Contributing to a cleaner environment and reduced environmental degradation. - **Revenue Generation**: Generating revenue from fines that can be reinvested in local cleanliness and environmental projects.
