Someone said my team isnāt āprofessionalā enough.
One gave birth to a baby and was back at work the next day.
Another almost resigned⦠now works 18 hours a day, even Sundays.
They didnāt understand my vision at first ā now theyāre building the impossible.
Criticize us, please. We turn it into fuel.

Someone said my team is not āprofessionalā enough. Hereās my answer.
Recently, a visitor came to our Islamabad campus.
In just 30 minutes, they decided my team doesnāt fully understand my vision.
Let me tell you somethingā¦
My vision is not a cup of chai you sip and instantly enjoy.
Itās Korean kimchi. Raw sushi. Fresh crab.
The first time you try it ā youāre confused. Maybe you even spit it out. You donāt get it.
But once you acquire the taste, it changes you forever.
Yes ā my team actually doesnāt know most of the time what theyāre doing in the beginning.
They canāt follow my vision 100% ā not because theyāre incapable, but because theyāve never seen it, never experienced it.
And thatās exactly why I appreciate them so much.
They still follow my vision to the best of their ability, with full dedication.
Almost every team member Iāve ever hired tells me the same thing:
For the first 6 months, they have no idea what theyāre doing.
Then it starts to click.
After a year ā they go incredible.
Look at Asma Shaheen EducationWali ā she gave birth to a baby, and the very next day she was back at work because she couldnāt stay away from what weāre building.
Look at Rubab EducationWali ā after four months, she wanted to resign because she couldnāt understand the vision.
Today, she works 16ā18 hours a day, and even wants to come in on Sundays, because she believes in what weāre creating with all her heart.
They call the results of our children ālike little geniesā.
When you see transformation like that with your own eyes, you donāt want to sleep anymore ā you just want to work, work, work, work, work.
This is the only major complaint weāve had in 3 years.
And I will never use feedback to break my teamās spirit.
I will use it to make them stronger.
Because hereās the truth:
People give feedback based on their own experiences, their own biases.
And thatās okay.
But you canāt understand a vision built over a lifetime in a half-hour tour.
To those who doubt us ā I invite you:
Come back in six months. See whatās changed.
You will be surprised. You will be proud.
Even Sheikh Mohammed of Dubai ā one of the richest and most visionary leaders alive ā says Dubai today is only 10% of his dream.
Great things take time.
Iām proud of my team.
Iām proud of what weāre building.
Iām thankful for every person who has visited or will visit.
And I welcome criticism ā because we use it as fuel to become even better.
Weāre not here to do the ordinary.
Weāre here to build the impossible.
