Someone said my team isnât âprofessionalâ enough.
One gave birth to a baby and was back at work the next day.
Another almost resigned⊠now works 18 hours a day, even Sundays.
They didnât understand my vision at first â now theyâre building the impossible.
Criticize us, please. We turn it into fuel.

Someone said my team is not âprofessionalâ enough. Hereâs my answer.
Recently, a visitor came to our Islamabad campus.
In just 30 minutes, they decided my team doesnât fully understand my vision.
Let me tell you somethingâŠ
My vision is not a cup of chai you sip and instantly enjoy.
Itâs Korean kimchi. Raw sushi. Fresh crab.
The first time you try it â youâre confused. Maybe you even spit it out. You donât get it.
But once you acquire the taste, it changes you forever.
Yes â my team actually doesnât know most of the time what theyâre doing in the beginning.
They canât follow my vision 100% â not because theyâre incapable, but because theyâve never seen it, never experienced it.
And thatâs exactly why I appreciate them so much.
They still follow my vision to the best of their ability, with full dedication.
Almost every team member Iâve ever hired tells me the same thing:
For the first 6 months, they have no idea what theyâre doing.
Then it starts to click.
After a year â they go incredible.
Look at Asma Shaheen EducationWali â she gave birth to a baby, and the very next day she was back at work because she couldnât stay away from what weâre building.
Look at Rubab EducationWali â after four months, she wanted to resign because she couldnât understand the vision.
Today, she works 16â18 hours a day, and even wants to come in on Sundays, because she believes in what weâre creating with all her heart.
They call the results of our children âlike little geniesâ.
When you see transformation like that with your own eyes, you donât want to sleep anymore â you just want to work, work, work, work, work.
This is the only major complaint weâve had in 3 years.
And I will never use feedback to break my teamâs spirit.
I will use it to make them stronger.
Because hereâs the truth:
People give feedback based on their own experiences, their own biases.
And thatâs okay.
But you canât understand a vision built over a lifetime in a half-hour tour.
To those who doubt us â I invite you:
Come back in six months. See whatâs changed.
You will be surprised. You will be proud.
Even Sheikh Mohammed of Dubai â one of the richest and most visionary leaders alive â says Dubai today is only 10% of his dream.
Great things take time.
Iâm proud of my team.
Iâm proud of what weâre building.
Iâm thankful for every person who has visited or will visit.
And I welcome criticism â because we use it as fuel to become even better.
Weâre not here to do the ordinary.
Weâre here to build the impossible.
