Today, I explored an inspiring talk by **Cal Newport** about how to be productive without experiencing burnout. This topic really connected with me because, as a student, I sometimes feel overwhelmed when I have so many tasks to complete.
Sometimes, I try to finish everything at once, thinking that being busy means being successful. But this talk helped me understand that **real productivity is not about doing more things; it's about doing the right things with focus and purpose.**
What I Personally Learned:
I don't need to complete everything in one day to feel successful.
Taking breaks is not wasting time; it helps me return with fresh energy.
I should focus on one important task instead of trying to do everything at once.
Managing my time wisely can help me achieve my goals without unnecessary stress.
Small, consistent efforts can lead to big achievements.
