Assalamu 'alaykum, Rehan. Here's an idea that is worth your time: A web site that teaches languages for free, rated as better than Rosetta Stone software. Here is a Ted Talk that the founder of the site gave: http://youtu.be/-Ht4qiDRZE8. Today there are six languages on-line, and 10,000,000 users. But since October 9, 2013, the site has invited native speakers of other languages to step forward to add their language to the site. It is a process that will take less time the more people participate. The first step of the process will be teaching speakers of the foreign language how to speak English. Then that data will be used to teach English speakers the foreign language. Finally, the collected data will allow speakers of any language to learn any other language. The business model of the site that explains why the site is free for language learners is explained in the video. I want you to consider recruiting people to add Urdu to the site. Once Urdu to English is accomplished, it will be easier to add Urdu to Chinese, Urdu to French, Urdu to etc., etc. They need to visit http://incubator.duolingo.com If you know speakers of Fushaa Arabic -- Arabic free of any dialects, not the language of the streets of Cairo, buit the language of AlJazeera, of academia, etc. Then encourage them, too. Again, the more people are involved, the faster the language will come on-line inshaAllah. If Urdu is added, millions of Pakistanis will benefit inshaAllah, and Urdu will be preserved, too, inshaAllah as an easy to learn language. When Arabic is added, inshaAllah, billions of people will have better access to the Quran, assuming that Fushaa is added as opposed to a dialect. Sorry for the long message. I am in Sri Lanka today and This morning ,someone from Europe asked me about what happened in Rawalpindi, I googled, and it turned out that people have been killed and there is Curfew there. for last 18 months I have been seeing and for 12 months I have been asking what are the solution to stop hate between Shia And Sunni, and the purpose for this post always is 1 and only 1 like most of my post, to create a dialog, a Dialog in a space on Facebook where people can only use the weapon words, and channelize their knowledge and their anger to re-search to find out eventually that we are actually all one, but people have created these mis conception to create their own benefits. There is A ayat in quran, which says " They Are Blind, THey are Deaf, they will not understand" if we choose to be one of them, then we really can not solve any problem, but if we can have the TOLERANCE to listen to someone else's point of view and be able to explain to them our point of view, without getting angry, then and then only do we have any future as human being, or we will only and only be ready to KILL each other , as when we get angry, we are no longer in a state of humanity. That is why in Islam it is HARAM to be angry. YET all the muslim's who have been killing each other be it in Pakistan or outside, we find that these people are reacting to their anger which is the reason for intolerance. The prayers we make every day, are not connecting us to THE source, as we are not really praying, but doing a exercise sitting up and down, if we can really mediate and connect our self to the God, we may have a chance to find the answer. The post's i made today was to see how much anger is in the EDUCATED people on the Facebook and yet I found that the anger is if not very high, still high enough to burn the society down, and the people who seem to be REASONABLE still have the TONE in their words, full of anger... Why are you angry ? What has made you this way ? Why do you want to not be in the heaven on earth by controlling your nafs as that is WHY we are here, once we control it , we will be in heaven on earth and the hereafter. I am not anywhere near a perfect human being, but I do know that this anger which people have inside them, which they are not letting out, they need to let it out, and BECOME what they are inside, OUTSIDE. 270+ people commented on my question of If they are Sunni, Shia or ... 200 or so wrote they are Muslims, and 10 or so called Shia Kafir, When I asked how many SHIA do you know, they answered, almost none, but they know of some that do so, why can they not make them a friend on facebook ? and ask them and talk to them? I create these options for Dialogue on based of an african saying, Dialogue is the Ultimate of all battles. I want you people to fight here, but with an open mind, without getting angry, with reason, be it with shia, sunni , Indian, Pakistani or Jew or a christian, BE REASONABLE, DO NOT insult anyone, and explain your self, that is the purpose I use this platform mostly for. Assalamu Alaikum Sir, i have a suggestion for u: i hope u remember but they used to air a program on tv at the time when ptv was alone..i dont remember its name..the program was based on nazra..there used to be a qari sahab who used to teach proper recitation of the holy quran...my suggestion is to start this again with a format of rehan school and other possible mediums...as we need our muslim brothers and sisters to learn, read and recite quran so that they can improve them selves, this nation and the world.. thank you

Today it was the most PACKED Airport Line in Karachi I have ever seen, However the Emirates staff was as usual Amazing and helped me out as I had no luggage and I did online checking. Next to my seat, I met a gentleman who works for Karachi Local Government, He told me he works there, but he has so much time, that he has another full time job, He had done Umra last week and this week he is going to honey moon with his wife in Dubai. I thought what a wonderful man to do all this, he had a beard also so I thought he is a good muslim. Knowing this, I asked him, How is it possible to do a private job, and yet also do a government job ? He said it is a govt job, so he goes 6 or so times a month, and that is enough, as he is honest and does not take bribe nor gives, thus he does not go, so he does not have to do more bribing ! I scratched my head, and pulled up the courage to ask another question, So brother please tell me how is it honest to collect salary for a month and show up only 6 to 7 days, and What would you tell Allah at the Day of Judgement ? He smiled and said, I have an answer for him, and I will tell him that ! I started wondering, what that answer may be, yet i was not able to stop my self, so I took out a business card, Gave it to him and said, Brother I would LOVE to hear that answer, as I think if someone at your home who worked for you, shows up for 6 days a month, and demands a month’s salary, You may want to let go of him. His answer was , it is a government job, and everyone does like this ! I asked again, So are you going to be questionable about their life at day of judgement of only about your self ? He smiled, and said nothing. I again being the person I am asked, so why do you not resign from this job, This way you do not have to worry about all this problem, you have another full time job, and Allah in Quran promises to provide you with food, and he also tells us that he WILL reward us from places that he does not expect, He said that is true, the trip to Dubai is also Gifted to him by someone. I smiled and apologized to him if I had hurter his feeling, or was being blunt, Do forgive me, but I urged again, to urge him self and his friends who are honest to RESIGN or NOT take salary if he really want’s to see a wonderful Country. I Also urged him to go around the malls and city of Dubai and take a dream back with him to help build something huge back home also. Learning from this: I urge again all the people to think of what they will say at the day of judgement as they will only be asked about them selves first NOT how corrupt their bosses or peers are, ONLY THEM and if they can not , then for the sake of Allah, Leave the job and find Halal income, as that IS also a Jihad.
