    Mulla Nasrudin's Wise Answer

One afternoon, Mulla Nasrudin was sitting beneath a large tree in the town square, enjoying the cool breeze. People often came to him with difficult questions because they knew his answers were always filled with wisdom.

A wealthy merchant approached Mulla and asked, "Mulla, I've traveled the world and earned a fortune, but I'm still not satisfied. Tell me, what is the greatest treasure a person can possess?"

    Aleem Khan Saba Ibrahim

Mulla smiled and replied, "Before I answer, let me ask you a question. If you were lost in a desert with a bag full of gold but no water, which would you choose?"

The merchant answered without hesitation, "Water, of course. Gold would be useless."

Mulla nodded and said, "Exactly. The value of anything depends on the situation. Wealth is useful, but wisdom teaches you when, where, and how to use it."

The merchant thought for a moment and then asked, "So, if you had to choose between wisdom and wealth, which one would you choose?"

Mulla looked at him with a gentle smile and said, "I would choose wisdom."

The merchant looked surprised. "Why not wealth?"

Mulla laughed softly and replied, "Because with wisdom, I can earn wealth. But with wealth and no wisdom, I could lose everything."

The people gathered around listened carefully. One young man asked, "Then why do so many people spend their lives chasing money?"

Mulla answered, "Because they believe money will solve every problem. They forget that without wisdom, money can create even bigger problems."

The merchant lowered his head, realizing the truth in Mulla's words.

Before leaving, he said, "Today, you've given me something more valuable than gold."

Mulla smiled and replied, "Knowledge increases when shared, but money decreases when spent. Invest in wisdom first, and everything else will follow."

The merchant thanked Mulla and walked away, determined to seek wisdom before chasing more wealth.

    Moral of the Story

True wealth is not measured by the money you own but by the wisdom you possess. Wisdom helps you make better decisions, overcome challenges, and use your blessings wisely. Money may buy comfort, but wisdom builds a meaningful and successful life.

Shocked, the crowd laughs and questions his sanity—until Nasrudin calmly replies that the donkey isn’t really for sale. The price, he explains, is simply to stop people from asking. The Clever Plan of Mulla Nasrudin
In a small village, Mulla Nasrudin was known for his kindness, wisdom, and sense of humor. People loved visiting him because he always welcomed everyone warmly with food, tea, and friendly conversation. But after some time, a few villagers began taking advantage of his generosity. Every evening, they would come to his house only to eat and enjoy themselves, without showing respect or gratitude.
Instead of becoming angry or arguing with them, Mulla Nasrudin decided to teach them a clever lesson. One evening, when the guests arrived expecting another delicious meal, Mulla placed empty plates in front of them. Everyone looked confused and surprised. Finally, one man asked, “Mulla, where is the food?”
With a smile on his face, Mulla replied, “The food heard that you only come here to eat for free… so it ran away before you arrived!”
At that moment, the guests understood their mistake. They felt embarrassed for taking Mulla’s kindness for granted. From that day onward, they treated him with respect and never misused his hospitality again.
    Moral of the Story:
True wisdom is not always shown through anger or punishment. Sometimes, a smart and gentle lesson can change hearts more effectively than harsh words. Kindness is precious, but people should also learn to value and respect it.
This beautiful story reminds us to appreciate the people who help us, support us, and care for us. Never misuse someone’s kindness, because genuine hearts are rare to find.

**“Your time is limited, don’t waste it living someone else’s life.” — Steve Jobs**

Life is precious, and every moment we receive is something we can never get back. This powerful quote reminds us that our time should be spent pursuing our own dreams, discovering our own path, and becoming the person we truly want to be.

Sometimes, we become too concerned about what other people think. We compare ourselves with others, follow expectations, or try to live according to someone else’s definition of success. But your journey is **your own**. You have your own talents, dreams, challenges, and opportunities.

Don’t spend your valuable time trying to impress everyone. Instead, focus on learning, growing, creating, helping others, and making meaningful progress toward your goals. Every small step matters. Every lesson makes you stronger. Every day is another opportunity to move closer to the life you want.

Remember: **You don’t need to live someone else’s story. Write your own.** Believe in yourself, follow your passions, stay true to your values, and make your time count.

Your future is being shaped by what you choose to do today. So stop waiting for the “perfect” moment. Start where you are, use what you have, and take that next step.

**Be yourself. Dream boldly. Work consistently. Make your time meaningful.**
